Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa komputera klasy PC. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac obudowy komputera przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, przedstawiajacych: fig. 1 - obudowe komputera w widoku z przodu; fig. 2 - obudowe komputera w widoku perspektywicznym z boku; fig. 3 - te sama obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym z drugiego boku; fig. 4 - ozdobny panel na srodku przedniej czesci obudowy w widoku z przodu; fig. 5 - obudowe z wlaczonym zasilaniem w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 6 - odmiane obudowy z niebieskimi diodami LED w widoku perspektywicznym; ilustracja zbiorcza - przedstawia dwie odmiany obudowy komputera w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Obudowa komputera, przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 6, ma postac prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata, prostokatnych sciankach: bocznych, górnej i spodniej. Przednia czesc obudowy jest nieznacznie wypukla. Przednia czesc obudowy jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i stanowi rame, o nieregularnie scietych krawedziach scianek bocznych. Na dole scianki boczne ramy sa symetrycznie zagiete do wewnatrz i ukosnie nachodza na przednia czesc obudowy, laczac sie ze soba pod katem rozwartym na dole przedniej czesci obudowy. Scianki boczne ramy wystaja nieznacznie do przodu, przy czym sa one wyzsze na srodku, nad panelem niz na górze i dole. W ramie z przodu, sa osadzone metalowe kratownice powstale z ukladu heksagonalnych, drobnych otworów. Kratownice te stanowia elektryczny ekran ochronny, zas otwory sluza takze przeplywowi powietrza wentylacyjnego. W przedniej czesci obudowy - na wysokosci nieco nizszej niz polowa wysokosci obudowy - znajduje sie poprzeczny ozdobny panel o ksztalcie przypominajacym litere „V" o znacznie rozwartych, szerokich ramionach. Ozdobny panel jest wyposazony w zespól trzech ukosnych, równoleglych wzgledem siebie wyciec w ksztalcie litery „V" o znacznie rozwartych, ramionach, natomiast nad wycieciami w przezroczysty tunel z tworzywa sztucznego o ksztalcie odpowiadajacym wycieciom, sluzacy do przeprowadzenia wiazki swiatla pochodzacego z diody swiecacej LED. Na górze przednia czesc obudowy jest wyposazona w poprzeczny panel z portami i gniazdami. Na dole przedniej czesci obudowy, do wysokosci dolnej czesci ozdobnego panelu znajduje sie - umieszczony pod kratownica - wentylator podswietlany diodami swiecacymi LED, korzystnie w kolorze czerwonym lub niebieskim. Kratownica pod która znajduje sie wentylator ma - ze wzgledu na ksztalt ozdobnego panelu i ramy - postac zblizona do skierowanego do dolu grotu strzaly. Rama, ponizej ozdobnego panelu, po obu bokach jest zaopatrzona w przycisk o ksztalcie przypominajacym trapez, natomiast ponizej przycisku w zespól ukosnych rozmieszczonych równolegle, jeden pod drugim, wyciec w ksztalcie równolegloboków. Obudowa komputera przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 5 jest wyposazona w diody swiecace LED w kolorze czerwonym. The essence of the design is a new form of computer case, manifested in its shape and color. The design is shown in the attached photographs, which show: Fig. 1 - computer case in a front view; Fig. 2 - computer case in a side perspective view; Fig. 3 - the same case in a perspective view from the other side; Fig. 4 - decorative panel in the center of the front of the case in a front view; Fig. 5 - case with the power on in a perspective view; Fig. 6 - case variant with blue LEDs in a perspective view; collective illustration - shows two variants of the computer case in a perspective view. List of industrial design variations: 1. first variation - shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 5, 2. second variation - shown in Fig. 6. Essential features of the industrial design: The computer housing, shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 6, has the form of a cuboid with a rectangular base and rectangular side, top, and bottom walls. The front of the housing is slightly convex. The front of the housing is made of plastic and forms a frame with irregularly cut side edges. At the bottom, the side walls of the frame are symmetrically bent inward and diagonally overlap the front of the housing, joining at an obtuse angle at the bottom of the front part of the housing. The side walls of the frame protrude slightly forward and are higher in the center, above the panel, than at the top and bottom. The front frame is embedded with metal grids formed by a pattern of tiny hexagonal holes. These grids act as an electrical protective screen, while the holes also facilitate ventilation. In the front of the case—at a height slightly less than half the case height—is a crosswise decorative panel shaped like the letter "V" with significantly flared, wide arms. The decorative panel is equipped with a set of three diagonal, parallel V-shaped cutouts with significantly flared arms. Above the cutouts, there is a transparent plastic tunnel shaped like the cutouts, which serves to guide the light beam from the LED. At the top, the front of the case is equipped with a crosswise panel with ports and sockets. At the bottom of the front of the case, up to the level of the bottom of the decorative panel, is a fan, positioned under a grille, illuminated by LEDs, preferably red or blue. The grille beneath which the fan is located resembles a downward-pointing arrowhead due to the shape of the decorative panel and frame. The frame, below the decorative panel, features a trapezoidal button on both sides, while below the button, it features a set of diagonal parallelogram-shaped cutouts arranged one below the other. The computer case shown in Figures 1 to 5 is equipped with red LEDs.
