Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a range hood as shown in the drawings; the first variant of the range hood has generally parallel and rectangular top and bottom walls and generally trapezoidal front, rear and side walls extending between the top and bottom walls; the front and rear walls are generally identical and the side walls are generally identical; the bottom wall extends slightly outwards beyond the lower edges of the front, rear and side walls; the lower surface of the bottom wall has three generally identical and generally rectangular spaced-apart grease filter areas therein adjacent the edge of the bottom wall; three equally spaced-apart generally identical circular lamp areas having transparent surfaces are situated on the lower surface of the bottom wall between the grease filter areas and the adjacent edge of the bottom wall and are generally aligned with the centre lines of the adjacent grease filter areas; two groups of spaced-apart aligned control areas are situated between each adjacent pair of circular lamp areas; the top wall has two spaced-apart generally rectangular openings therein; each rectangular opening has a blower unit which is rectangular in plan view and which extends from the right edge of the rectangular opening part-way across the rectangular opening; each grease filter of the first variant has a series of generally identical rows of openings depicted by dashed-line therein covering most of the surface of the grease filter and each grease filter has a small protuberance adjacent the front edge thereof.The second variant of the range hood has a rear wall which extends generally at right angles between the top wall and the bottom wall thereof and the front wall is more sloped than the front wall of the first variant.
