Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pralniomat przeznaczony do pozostawiania brudnego prania i odbioru prania czystego i wyprasowanego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w cha- rakterystycznym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku z przodu, Fig. 2 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku z boku, Fig. 4 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku od dolu. Fig. 5 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku z góry, Fig. 6 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku perspektywicznym od dolu. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi bryle skladajaca sie z pieciu pionowych podluznych paneli polaczo- nych ze soba dluzszymi krawedziami w taki sposób, ze calosc posiada prostokatna forme i przypomi- na swym ksztaltem szafe, przy czym wszystkie panele z wyjatkiem trzeciego panelu posiadaja taka sama glebokosc, natomiast trzeci - srodkowy panel glebszy od pozostalych, w widoku perspektywicz- nym wzoru przemyslowego wysuniety jest do przodu w stosunku do pozostalych paneli. Pionowe pa- nele posiadaja system przegródek/skrytek o prostokatnym i kwadratowym ksztalcie. Dwa panele ulo- zone po lewej stronie pralniomatu posiadaja dolne i górne przegródki/skrytki w ksztalcie kwadratu o tym samym rozmiarze oraz w centralnej czesci prostokatne przegródki/skrytki o tym samym rozmia- rze o wysokosci stanowiacej polowe wysokosci dolnych i górnych przegródek/skrytek. Dwa panele po prawej stronie pralniomatu podzielone, w polowie swej wysokosci na dwie jednakowe czesci, maja piono- we przegródki/skrytki o tym samym rozmiarze rozciagajace sie od górnej do dolnej krawedzi czesci panelu. Trzeci srodkowy panel zlozony z trzech elementów posiada: górny i dolny element w ksztalcie prostokatów, przy czym dolny element na górze posiada prostokatny otwór. Trzeci prostokatny ele- ment zlozony z elementu stanowiacego przedluzenie dolnego elementu oraz elementu ulozonego pochylo pod katem 45% w stosunku do dolnego i górnego elementu posiada prostokatny wyswietlacz na pochylym elemencie oraz na elemencie stanowiacym przedluzenie dolnego elementu: przyciski, guziki, wneke i wyraznie wystajacy ponad powierzchnie kwadratowy element. Pralniomat posiada dolna i górna podstawe, podzielona na segmenty w ksztalcie odpowiadaja- cym podstawie paneli. Dolna podstawa pralniomatu ma owalne bloczki przylegajace do podloza ulo- zone na rogach segmentów, natomiast górna podstawa wystajaca nieco ponad krawedz pralniomatu tworzac zadaszenie, posiada wystajace zebra o nieregularnym ksztalcie ulozone wzdluz bocznych krawedzi segmentów. Po lewej stronie pralniomat posiada zadaszenie rozciagajace sie od drugiego do czwartego pa- nelu, o szerokosci odpowiadajacej mniej wiecej trzem szerokoscia paneli, zas dlugosci zblizonej do glebokosci paneli. Zadaszenie na krótszych bokach posiada dwa przylegajace cienkie pasma, które lekko odstaja od pozostalej czesci zadaszenia, przy czym na spodzie tychze pasm na zewnetrznych ich rogach znajduja sie okragle wypukle lampki. Zadaszenie od spodu podzielone jest na poziome pasma o zmniejszajacej sie szerokosci ku panelom. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form, manifested in the characteristic shape and arrangement of the lines of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the industrial design from the front, Fig. 2 shows the industrial design in a perspective view from above, Fig. 3 shows the industrial design in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the industrial design from below, Fig. 5 shows the industrial design from above, Fig. 6 shows the industrial design in a perspective view from below. The industrial design is a block composed of five vertical, elongated panels connected by their long edges, creating a rectangular structure resembling a wardrobe. All panels, except the third, are the same depth, while the third, central panel, deeper than the others, protrudes forward from the other panels in the perspective view of the industrial design. The vertical panels incorporate a system of rectangular and square compartments. The two panels on the left side of the laundry machine have lower and upper square compartments/compartments of the same size, and in the center, rectangular compartments/compartments of the same size, half the height of the lower and upper compartments/compartments. The two panels on the right side of the laundry machine, divided at mid-height into two equal parts, have vertical compartments/compartments of the same size extending from the top to the bottom edge of the panel. The third, central panel, composed of three elements, has upper and lower rectangular elements, with the lower element at the top having a rectangular opening. The third rectangular element, composed of an extension of the lower element and an element arranged at a 45% angle to the lower and upper elements, features a rectangular display on the inclined element and on the element extending the lower element: buttons, a recess, and a square element clearly protruding above the surface. The laundry machine has a lower and upper base, divided into segments shaped to match the base of the panels. The lower base of the laundry machine has oval blocks that adhere to the ground, arranged at the corners of the segments, while the upper base, extending slightly above the edge of the laundry machine to form a canopy, has protruding, irregularly shaped ribs arranged along the side edges of the segments. On the left side, the laundry machine has a canopy extending from the second to the fourth panel, with a width approximately three times the width of the panels and a length similar to the depth of the panels. The canopy has two adjacent thin strips on the shorter sides, which protrude slightly from the rest of the canopy. The underside of these strips, at their outer corners, features round, convex lights. The canopy is divided into horizontal strips, decreasing in width towards the panels. Essential features of the industrial design: The laundry machine, according to the industrial design, has: - five vertical, elongated panels connected by their longer edges so that the entire unit is rectangular and wardrobe-like; - the panels, with the exception of the third, central panel, are of equal depth; - the third - central panel, deeper than the others, which in the perspective view of the industrial design is moved forward in relation to the other panels; - vertical panels divided into a system of rectangular and square compartments/lockers; - two panels arranged on the left side of the laundry machine with lower and upper square compartments/lockers of the same size and in the central part with rectangular compartments/lockers of the same size, with a height that is half the height of the lower and upper compartments/lockers; - two panels on the right side of the laundry machine divided into two equal parts at half their height, with vertical compartments/compartments of the same size, which extend from the top to the bottom edge of the panel;PL 20906 3 - the third central panel composed of three elements: the upper and lower ones in the shape of rectangles, wherein the lower element at the top has a rectangular opening, the third rectangular element composed of an element constituting an extension of the lower element with buttons, buttons, a recess and a square element clearly protruding above the surface, and an element arranged at an angle of 45% in relation to the lower and upper elements with a rectangular display - the lower and upper bases, divided into segments in a shape corresponding to the bases of the panels; - a lower base with oval blocks adhering to the ground, placed on the corners of the segments; - an upper base protruding slightly above the edge of the laundry machine, which forms a roof and has protruding ribs of irregular shape placed along the side edges of the segments; - on the left side, a roof extending from the second to the fourth panel, with a width corresponding to approximately three times the width of the panels and a length close to the depth of the panels; - a roof which on the shorter sides has two adjacent thin strips, slightly protruding from the rest of the roof, with round convex lights on the underside of these strips at their outer corners; - the roof is divided from below into horizontal strips with decreasing width towards the panels.PL 20906 4 Illustration of the pattern Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3PL 20906 5 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6PL 20906 6 Publishing Department of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
