Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest paczkomat sluzacy do ekspedycji przesylek pocztowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w cha- rakterystycznym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku z przodu, Fig. 2 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku z dolu, Fig. 4 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku z boku, Fig. 5 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku z góry, Fig. 6 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w widoku perspektywicznym od dolu. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi bryle skladajaca sie z szesciu pionowych podluznych paneli pola- czonych ze soba dluzszymi krawedziami w taki sposób, ze calosc posiada prostokatna forme i przy- pomina swym ksztaltem szafe, przy czym wszystkie panele z wyjatkiem drugiego panelu posiadaja taka sama glebokosc, natomiast drugi panel glebszy od pozostalych, w widoku perspektywicznym wzoru przemyslowego wysuniety jest do przodu w stosunku do pozostalych paneli. Pionowe panele posiadaja system przegródek/skrytek o prostokatnym i kwadratowym ksztalcie. Wszystkie pionowe panele wylaczajac drugi panel posiadaja dolne i górne przegródki/skrytki w ksztalcie kwadratu o tym samym rozmiarze oraz powyzej dolnych kwadratowych przegródek/skrytek prostokatne przegród- ki/skrytki o tym samym rozmiarze. Pozostale przegródki/skrytki umiejscowione w centralnych cze- sciach paneli maja ksztalt prostokatny, przy czym przegródki/skrytki znajdujace sie na panelach pierwszym, trzecim i czwartym stanowia polowe wysokosci prostokatnych przegródek/skrytek znajdu- jacych sie na dwóch ostatnich panelach. Drugi panel zlozony z trzech elementów posiada: górny i dolny element w ksztalcie prostokatów, przy czym dolny element na górze posiada prostokatny otwór. Trzeci prostokatny element ulozony pomiedzy dwoma pozostalymi elementami pochylo pod katem 45% posiada prostokatny wyswietlacz. Paczkomat posiada dolna i górna podstawe, przy czym dolna podstawa posiada owalne bloczki przylegajace do podloza, natomiast górna podstawa wystajaca nieco ponad krawedz paczkomatu tworzac zadaszenie posiada zebra dzielace ja na segmenty odpowiadajace ksztaltowi podstaw po- szczególnych paneli. Po lewej stronie paczkomat posiada zadaszenie o szerokosci odpowiadajacej mniej wiecej polowie szerokosci paczkomatu, zas dlugosci zblizonej do glebokosci paneli. Zadaszenie na krótszych bokach posiada dwa przylegajace cienkie pasma, które lekko odstaja od pozostalej cze- sci zadaszenia, przy czym na spodzie tychze pasm na jego zewnetrznych rogach znajduja sie okragle wypukle lampki, dodatkowo zadaszenie od spodu podzielone jest na poziome pasma o zmniejszajacej sie szerokosci ku panelom. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form manifested in the characteristic shape and arrangement of the lines of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the industrial design in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the industrial design in a perspective view from above, Fig. 3 shows the industrial design in a bottom view, Fig. 4 shows the industrial design in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the industrial design in a top view, Fig. 6 shows the industrial design in a perspective view from below. The industrial design is a block consisting of six vertical elongated panels connected together by their longer edges in such a way that the whole has a rectangular form and resembles a wardrobe in its shape, where all the panels except the second panel have the same depth, while the second panel is deeper than the others, in the perspective view of the industrial design is moved forward in relation to the other panels. The vertical panels have a system of rectangular and square compartments/lockers. All the vertical panels, excluding the second panel, have lower and upper square compartments/lockers of the same size and above the lower square compartments/lockers, rectangular compartments/lockers of the same size. The remaining compartments/lockers located in the central parts of the panels are rectangular in shape, with the compartments/lockers located on the first, third and fourth panels being half the height of the rectangular compartments/lockers located on the last two panels. The second panel, made up of three elements, has: an upper and lower element in the shape of rectangles, with the lower element at the top having a rectangular opening. The third rectangular element placed between the two remaining elements inclined at an angle of 45% has a rectangular display. The parcel locker has a lower and upper base, with the lower base having oval blocks adhering to the ground, while the upper base protruding slightly above the edge of the parcel locker, creating a roof, has ribs dividing it into segments corresponding to the shape of the bases of the individual panels. On the left side, the parcel locker has a roof with a width corresponding to approximately half the width of the parcel locker, and a length similar to the depth of the panels. On the shorter sides, the roof has two adjacent thin strips that stick out slightly from the rest of the roof, with round convex lights located on the underside of these strips on its outer corners, and additionally, the roof is divided from the bottom into horizontal strips with decreasing width towards the panels. Essential features of the industrial design The parcel locker according to the industrial design has: - six vertical elongated panels connected with each other by their longer edges in such a way that the whole has a rectangular form and resembles a wardrobe in its shape; - panels that, with the exception of the second panel, have the same depth; - a second panel deeper than the others, which in the perspective view of the industrial design is moved forward in relation to the other panels; - the vertical panels divided into a system of rectangular and square compartments/compartments; - the first, third, fourth, fifth and sixth panels with lower and upper square compartments/compartments and with rectangular compartments/compartments situated above the lower square compartments/compartments; - the first, third, fourth, fifth and sixth panels with rectangular compartments/compartments arranged in the central part, the compartments on the first, third and fourth panels being half the height of the rectangular compartments/compartments situated on the last two panels; - the second panel consists of three elements: the upper one in the shape of a rectangle, the lower one in the shape of a rectangle with a rectangular opening at the top and the third rectangular element placed between the other two inclined at an angle of 45% with a display; - the lower and upper bases, where the lower base has oval blocks adhering to the ground, while the upper base protruding slightly above the edge of the parcel locker, creating a roof, has ribs dividing it into segments corresponding to the shape of the bases of the individual panels; - on the left side, a roof with a width corresponding to approximately half the width of the parcel locker, and a length close to the depth of the panels; - a roof, which has two adjacent thin strips on its shorter sides, slightly protruding from the rest of the roof with round convex lights on the underside of these strips on their outer corners; - a roof divided from below into horizontal strips of decreasing width towards the panels.
