The industrial design applied for protection is presented in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b, while Fig. 2, Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b - show its next form, i.e. a coloured variant of the industrial design, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 - illustrate the design and its variants in a perspective view from the side, Fig. 1a, Fig. 2a - illustrate the design and its variants in a perspective view from the front side of the wiper, while Fig. 1b and Fig. 2b - illustrate the design and its variants in a view from the back side of the wiper. List of varieties of the industrial design: 1) wiper - fig. 1, fig. 1a and fig. 1b, 2) coloured wiper - fig. 2, fig. 2a and fig. 2b. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, fig. 1a and fig. 1b - a wiper consisting of a basic part, a handle and a grip - is that: - the basic part is a surface similar in shape to a profiled rectangle, with its surface passing smoothly into the side surfaces and the rear surface; – the side surfaces and the rear surface, forming not very high walls, are finished with a rim, while the front edge of the main part is finished flat, with slight convexities visible on it in the form of several longitudinal, thin stripes parallel to the edge, and additionally, a short distance from the front edge, a longitudinal rounding is visible parallel to the thin stripes; – in the central part of the main surface, a central, longitudinal convexity is visible, and on its sides – symmetrically arranged – convex embossments, gradually narrowing towards the front edge; – the shovel handle is mounted on the rear side in a longitudinal convexity, wherein; – in this zone, for reinforcement purposes, the longitudinal convexity passes into a sleeve surrounding the handle and above it - the handle is supported by two triangle-shaped surfaces, extending perpendicularly from the basic surface of the scraper, from which a semicircular top has been cut; – at the other end of the handle, a handle is mounted on a short sleeve, while from the upper surface of the sleeve there is a generally flat element, bent into a horseshoe, the ends of which are connected by an element similar to the sleeve.
