Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest jednorazowa maszynka do golenia bez mozliwosci wymiany ostrza. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia maszynke w widoku aksonometrycznym w widoku z góry a fig.2 przedstawia maszynke od spodu. Maszynka wedlug wzoru w odniesieniu do znanych dotychczas lub zblizonych postaciowo maszynek do golenia rózni sie przede wszystkim ksztaltem i kolorystyka. Maszynka do golenia wedlug wzoru posiada rekojesc w postaci prostopadloscianu z zamocowana na jednym z jej konców glówka wyposazona w trzy ostrza. Maszynka wykonana jest w kolorze zólto-niebieskim. Rekojesc na calej prawie dlugosci jest wygieta po lagodnym luku. W poblizu glówki maszynki rekojesc poprzez gwaltowny uskok zmniejszona ma zarówno szerokosc jak i wysokosc tworzac lacznik, równiez owalnie wyprofilowany jak rekojesc ale zdecydowanie po wiekszym luku. Korpus na górna powierzchnie ma naniesiona ryflowana powloke najkorzystniej z innego materialu w bardziej kontrastowym ciemnym kolorze, jak przedstawiono na fotografii fig. 1 , przy czym powloka na sciankach bocznych wyprofilowana jest faliscie a na górnej powierzchni ma zarys zblizony do trójkata. Korpusrekojesci maszynki jest wzmocniony ozebrowaniem w postaci kratownicy widocznej od spodu na fig.2. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest zarówno ksztalt jak i kolorystyka rekojesci, która stanowiac prostopadloscian, na calej prawie dlugosci jest wygiety po lagodnym luku, przy czym w poblizu glówki maszynki wyposazonej w ostrza, rekojesc poprzez gwaltowny uskok zmniejszona ma zarówno szerokosc jak i wysokosc tworzac lacznik, równiez owalnie wyprofilowany jak rekojesc ale zdecydowanie po wiekszym luku, przy czym korpus na górna powierzchnie ma naniesiona ryflowana powloke w kontrastowym ciemnym kolorze, przy czym krawedzie powloki na bocznych sciankach ma usytuowane faliscie a na górne powierzchni ma zarys zblizony do trójkata.FIG.1 FIG.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a disposable razor without the option of replacing the blade. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the razor in an axonometric view from above, and Fig. 2 shows the razor from below. The razor based on the design differs from previously known or similar razors primarily in shape and color. The razor based on the design has a handle in the form of a cuboid with a head fitted with three blades attached to one end. The razor is made in yellow and blue. The handle is curved in a gentle arc along almost its entire length. Near the razor head, the handle is reduced in both width and height by a sharp step, creating a connector, also oval-shaped like the handle, but with a significantly larger arc. The upper surface of the body has a ribbed coating, preferably made of a different material in a more contrasting dark color, as shown in Fig. 1, with the coating on the side walls having a wavy profile and the upper surface having an outline similar to a triangle. The body of the razor handle is reinforced with ribbing in the form of a grid, visible from the bottom in Fig. 2. An important feature of the industrial design is both the shape and the color of the handle, which is a cuboid, bent along almost its entire length in a gentle arc, while near the razor head equipped with blades, the handle is reduced in both width and height by a sudden step, creating a connector, also oval-shaped like the handle, but with a much larger arc, while the body has a grooved coating in a contrasting dark color on the upper surface, and the edges of the coating on the side walls are arranged in a wavy shape and on the upper surface it has an outline similar to a triangle.
