Znane sa konstrukcje szpadli które skladaja sie z plótna szpadla, styliska oaz uchwytu,które polaczone sa ze soba tworzac konstrukcyjna calosc. Ze swiadectwa rejestracyjnego nr 1889 znany jest wzór szpadla o cechach okreslonych w istocie wzoru. Istota szpadla wedlug wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie które nadaje stylisko, które sklada sie z profilowanej stopki , wzmocnienia oraz czesci prostej o charakterystycznym ksztalcie linii bocznej. The spade has a total length of approximately 1.1 m measured from the edge of the canvas to the end of the handle, with the handle having a circular shape, and at a length of approximately 15 cm it is bent forward, while at a length of approximately 45 cm from the edge of the canvas blade there is a straight part, ending with a handle, which is bent forward, creating an obtuse angle with the axis of the straight part of the handle, while the foot of the handle is placed on the front plane of the canvas. The essential features of the industrial design of the spade are that it consists of a canvas with an arched foot with reinforcement and a straight part of the handle and has a total length of approximately 1.1 m measured from the arched edge of the canvas to the end of the handle, with the foot of the reinforced handle being placed on the canvas at a distance of approximately 15 cm from the edge of the blade and for a length of about 40 cm it is profiled by an arc-shaped bend directed forward for a length of about cm, while from the end of the reinforcement, about 45 cm long from the edge of the canvas blade, there is a straight part of the handle mounted, ending with a handle which is bent forward, creating an obtuse angle with the axis of the straight part of the handle, while the foot of the handle is placed on the frontal plane of the canvas, as shown in the illustration material fig. 13 2.
