Sanki Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa sanki przeznaczone dla dzieci do zabawy na sniegu i lodzie. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac sanek, przejawiajaca sie ich nowa estetyczna forma jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu ich charakterystycznych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono sanki w widoku z góry od strony siedziska, fig. 2 - przedstawiono sanki w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 - przedstawiono sanki w widoku z dolu. Jak pokazano na rysunku sanki wedlug wzoru maja postac monolitycznej, cienkosciennej tworzywowej skorupy, która w widoku z góry w tylnej czesci ma anatomicznie uksztaltowane siedzisko, którego powierzchnia pokryta jest szeregiem okraglych wglebien, natomiast tylna czesc siedziska ma oparcie w ksztalcie rozciagnietej litery „U". W górnej czesci bocznych scian sanek w poblizu siedziska znajduja sie uchwyty hamulca, które w widoku z boku wraz z dolna ich czescia maja ksztalt rozciagnietej litery „V", zakonczonej ksztaltowa stopka. Przednia, wewnetrzna czesc skorupy sanek, stanowiaca oparcie dla obuwia ma po obu stronach szeregokraglych wyoblen, natomiast spód sanek zaopatrzony jest na calej dlugosci skorupy w dwie plozy o plaskiej powierzchni slizgowej umieszczone po jej zewnetrznej, dluzszej czesci skorupy sanek. Cala pobocznica skorupy sanek ma od góry wywinieta na zewnatrz i skierowana w dól krawedz o ksztalcie litery „U". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Sanki w postaci monolitycznej, cienkosciennej tworzywowej skorupy maja w widoku z góry w tylnej czesci anatomicznie uksztaltowane siedzisko, którego powierzchnia pokryta jest szeregiem okraglych wglebien, natomiast tylna czesc siedziska ma oparcie w ksztalcie rozciagnietej litery „U". W górnej czesci bocznych scian sanek w poblizu siedziska znajduja sie uchwyty hamulca, które w widoku z boku wraz z dolna ich czescia maja ksztalt rozciagnietej litery „V, zakonczonej ksztaltowa stopka. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the sled, manifested by its new aesthetic form as well as the arrangement of the basic outline lines of its characteristic elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the sled from above, viewed from the seat, Fig. 2 shows the sled from above, and Fig. 3 shows the sled from below. As shown in the drawing, the sled, according to the design, has the form of a monolithic, thin-walled plastic shell. In a top view, the rear section of the sled has an anatomically shaped seat, the surface of which is covered with a series of circular recesses, while the rear section of the seat has a backrest in the shape of an extended "U." In the upper part of the sled's side walls, near the seat, there are brake handles, which, when viewed from the side, together with their lower part, have the shape of an extended "V" ending with a shaped foot. The front, inner part of the sled's shell, which serves as a support for the shoes, has a series of rounded recesses on both sides, while the bottom of the sled is equipped along the entire length of the shell with two runners with a flat sliding surface, located on the outer, longer part of the sled's shell. The entire side of the sled's shell has a U-shaped edge that is turned outwards at the top and points downwards. The essential features of the Sanki industrial design in the form of a monolithic, thin-walled plastic shell have, in a top view, an anatomically shaped seat in the rear part, the surface of which is covered with a series of circular recesses, while the rear part of the seat has a backrest in the shape of an extended "U". In the upper part of the sled's side walls, near the seat, there are brake handles, which, when viewed from the side, together with their lower part, have the shape of an extended "V" ending with a shaped foot. The front, inner part of the sled's shell, which serves as a support for the shoes, has a series of rounded recesses on both sides, while the bottom of the sled is equipped along the entire length of the shell with two runners with a flat sliding surface, located on the outer, longer part of the sled's shell.
