Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka typ „KASIA". Klamka typ „KASIA" przeznaczona jest zwlaszcza do drzwi. Istota wzoru przemyslowego i jego indywidualny charakter przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii. Klamka wykonana moze byc z dowolnego materialu korzystnie z mosiadzu, stali nierdzewnej, stali ocynkowanej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, w szesciu wido- kach (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klamka typ „KASIA" znamienna tym, ze rekojesc w ksztalcie litery L i wydluzonej litery I, sklada sie z dwóch odcinków (fig. 2) - pierwszy, krótszy odcinek, od strony mocowania w przekroju czolowym stanowi kwadrat o regularnych bokach (fig. 3), natomiast odcinek od strony mocowania polaczony jest poprzez zgiecie z dluzszym odcinkiem chwytnym rekojesci, który to przybiera ksztalt prostokata o wygieciu falistym rozszerzajacym sie i zwezajacym przy koncu (fig. 1). Od strony frontowej czesc chwytna rekojesc przybiera falisty ksztalt to jest ksztalt prostokata o wygladzonych delikatnych profi- lowanych krawedziach (fig. 5). W widoku z góry widac charakterystyczna linie w ksztalcie bardzo splaszczonej i wygietej litery „S" (fig. 4) zakonczona rekojescia (fig. 6). Calosc wykonana jest z mate- rialu o barwie metalicznej. The "KASIA" type door handle is intended especially for doors. The essence of the industrial design and its individual character are reflected in the shape and arrangement of lines. The handle can be made of any material, preferably brass, stainless steel, galvanized steel. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in six views (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6). Essential features of the industrial design The "KASIA" type handle is characterized in that the handle is in the shape of the letter L and an elongated letter I, and consists of two sections (fig. 2) - the first, shorter section, on the mounting side, in the frontal cross-section is a square with regular sides (fig. 3), while the section on the mounting side is connected by a bend to the longer gripping section of the handle, which takes the shape of a rectangle with a wavy bend that widens and narrows at the end (fig. 1). From the front side, the gripping part of the handle takes a wavy shape, i.e. the shape of a rectangle with smooth, delicately profiled edges (fig. 5). In the top view, a characteristic line in the shape of a very flattened and bent letter "S" (fig. 4) can be seen, ending with a handle (fig. 6).
