Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka typ „Alicja". Klamka typ „Alicja" przeznaczona jest zwlaszcza do drzwi. Istota wzoru przemyslowego i jego indywidualny charakter przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii. Klamka wykonana moze byc z dowolnego materialu korzystnie z mosiadzu, stali nierdzewnej, stali ocynkowanej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, w pieciu widokach (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klamka typ „Alicja" zamienna tym, ze rekojesc w ksztalcie litery L, sklada sie z dwóch odcinków (fig. 1) - pierwszy, krótszy odcinek, od strony mocowania w przekroju czolowym stanowi trójkat o nieregularnych bokach zakonczony pól okregiem (fig. 5), natomiast odcinek od strony mocowania polaczony jest pod katem z dluzszym odcinkiem chwytnym rekojesci, który ma nieregularny prostokatny ksztalt, rozszerzajacy sie nieznacznie w kierunku konca (fig. 2). Od strony frontowej czesc chwytna rekojesci przybiera falisty ksztalt (fig. 3). W widoku z góry widac charakterystyczna linie w ksztalcie pochylej splaszczonej litery „S" (fig. 4). The "Alicja" type door handle is intended especially for doors. The essence of the industrial design and its individual character are reflected in the shape and arrangement of lines. The handle can be made of any material, preferably brass, stainless steel, or galvanized steel. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in five views (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5). Essential features of the industrial design The "Alicja" type handle is interchangeable in that the L-shaped handle consists of two sections (fig. 1) - the first, shorter section, on the mounting side, in the frontal cross-section is a triangle with irregular sides ending in a half-circle (fig. 5), while the section on the mounting side is connected at an angle to the longer gripping section of the handle, which has an irregular rectangular shape, widening slightly towards the end (fig. 2). From the front side, the gripping part of the handle takes on a wavy shape (fig. 3). In the top view, a characteristic line in the shape of a sloping, flattened "S" letter is visible (fig. 4).
