Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka typ „Sylwia". Klamka typ „Sylwia" przeznaczona jest zwlaszcza do drzwi. Istota wzoru przemyslowego i jego indywidualny charakter przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii. Klamka wykonana moze byc z dowolnego materialu korzystnie z mosiadzu, stali nierdzewnej, stali ocynkowanej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, w trzech widokach (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klamka typ „Sylwia" znamienna tym, ze rekojesc w ksztalcie litery L, sklada sie z dwóch odcinków - pierwszy, krótszy odcinek od strony mocowania (fig. 4) w przekroju czolowym stanowi owal (fig. 1). Odcinek od strony mocowania polaczony jest pod katem z dluzszym odcinkiem chwytnym rekojesci o ksztalcie prostokatnym (fig. 2). Odcinek ten jest lekko wygiety w ksztalt luku o (fig. 3). Ponadto odcinek chwytny jest ozdobiony przy koncu wcieciami (fig. 5). Calosc wykonana jest z materialu o barwie metalicznej. The "Sylwia" type door handle is intended especially for doors. The essence of the industrial design and its individual character are manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The door handle can be made of any material, preferably brass, stainless steel, galvanized steel. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in three views (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5). Essential features of the industrial design "Sylwia" type handle characterized in that the L-shaped handle consists of two sections - the first, shorter section from the mounting side (fig. 4) in frontal cross-section is an oval (fig. 1). The section from the mounting side is connected at an angle to the longer gripping section of the rectangular handle (fig. 2). This section is slightly bent into an arc shape (fig. 3). In addition, the gripping section is decorated with indentations at the end (fig. 5). The whole is made of a material in a metallic color.
