The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the features, lines, contours, and shapes of the cable tie tensioning and cutting tool. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the cable tie tensioning and cutting tool in a general view from the left, Fig. 2 shows the tool in a general view from the right, Fig. 3 shows the tool from the left, Fig. 4 shows the tool from the right, Fig. 5 shows the tool from the top, Fig. 6 shows the tool from the bottom, Fig. 7 shows the tool from the front, and Fig. 8 shows the tool from the back. This industrial-design tool for tightening and cutting cable ties has the following essential features: a body containing a profiled handle with a downward-cut base, at the end of which is a triangular cap with rounded sides, which has a hole. Additionally, approximately 1/2 the height of the front of the handle is a profiled overlay, which approximately 1/2 the width of the handle curves up the handle and overlaps the rear of the handle, parallel to the downward-cut base of the handle. Additionally, the front, uncovered part of the handle has a rectangular outline. Next, a movable, profiled trigger is attached to the body. Its rear section, at the downward slope, features a triangular protrusion, followed by two rectangular contours two-thirds of the way up. Additionally, the upper section of the trigger features semicircular finger recesses for easier grip, with recesses between the profiled trigger and the handle. The rear section of the body features a cylindrical protrusion with recesses around its circumference. In the upper section of the body, next to the cylindrical recess, there is an irregularly shaped, sliding recess in a recess. Additionally, on the sides of the body, below the sliding recess, are two symmetrically arranged rectangular contours. Then, on both sides of the body, there are two symmetrically arranged contours, roughly triangular in shape, extending from the trigger to the center of the handle. Additionally, these contours are surrounded by contours running from the body's blade to the cylindrical recess and toward the handle. Additionally, the body has a semi-formable groove in its upper center, which meets a rectangular recess. Furthermore, the body narrows forward in side view, with one of its side walls being longer than the other in the front of the body.
