Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia hu stawk e w pierwszej odmianie w uj eciu perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia t e sam a hu stawk e w jednym z zestawie n kolo- rystycznych. Poni zej przedstawiono charakterystyk e poszczególnych odmian wzorów: 1. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of individual elements giving the stake a specific shape, or in the arrangement of individual elements giving the stake a specific shape and the color combination of these elements. The subject of the design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the swing stake in its first variant from a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same swing stake in one of the color combinations. Below are the characteristics of each design variant: 1. In the first variant, the spring unit imitates a duck and consists of a spring support and a seat section attached to it. The seat section consists of two parallel beams, to which a seat in the shape of a flat blade is attached. Attached to these same beams at the front is a flat element in the shape of a duck's head with peg handles for holding, and at the rear is a flat tail. The sides of the beam have visible hole plugs. On the sides, below the seat, there are leg rests as shown in Fig. 1. 2. In the second variant, the spring rest with the same construction as in the first variant is additionally characterized by the color combination of the individual elements, where the spring is blue, the beam is red, the duck's head and tail are yellow, the seat is green, the caps are blue and green, the handles and foot rests are purple and white as shown in Fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. In the first variant, the essential feature of the spring rest is the combination of its individual elements, which give a specific shape to the spring rest, i.e.: the spring rest has the form imitating a duck and consists of a support in the form of a spring and The seat section is attached to it. The seat section consists of two parallel beams, to which a flat, blade-shaped seat is attached. Attached to these same beams at the front is a flat element in the shape of a duck's head with peg handles for holding, and at the rear is a flat tail. The blind holes are visible on the sides of the beam. On the sides, below the seat, there are footrests as shown in Fig. 1. 2. In the second version of the industrial design, an important feature is the arrangement of the individual elements of the armrest, as in the first version, and additionally the color combination of these elements, i.e.: the spring is blue, the beam is red, the duck's head and tail are yellow, the seat is green, the end caps are blue and green, and the handles and leg rests are purple and white as shown in Fig. 2.
