Istot a wzoru jest nowa posta c przedmiotu przejawiaj aca si e w zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów o okre slonym kszta lcie lub w zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów o okre slonym kszta l- cie i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia hu stawk e w wersji z jedn a równowa zni a w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia t e sam a hu stawk e w widoku z boku, fig. 3 przed- stawia hu stawk e w uj eciu perspektywicznym, w jednym z zestawie n kolorystycznych, fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig. 6 przedstawiaj a hu stawk e równowa zn a w wersji podwójnej, kolejno w widoku z boku, w widoku z góry i w uj eciu perspektywicznym w przyk ladowym zestawieniu kolorystycznym. Na spodniej stronie równowa zni, pod siedziskiem usytuowana jest trapezowa konstrukcja ze spr ezystym odbojnikiem jak pokazano na fig. od 1 do 2. 2. W odmianie drugiej hu stawka o konstrukcji jak w odmianie pierwszej charakteryzuje si e do- datkowo zestawieniem kolorystycznym poszczególnych elementów to jest podpora wykonana jest w kolorze zó ltym, k ladka równowa zni i konstrukcja pod siedziskiem jest w kolorze czerwonym, siedziska s a w kolorze zielonym, za s uchwyty w kolorze szarym, jak pokazano na fig. 3. 3. W odmianie trzeciej przedstawiona jest hu stawka z dwiema podstawami, z których ka zda ma kszta lt odwróconej litery „U", po laczonymi ze sob a górn a poprzeczk a i z dwiema równowa zniami o konstrukcji jak w odmianie pierwszej jak pokazano na fig. 4 i 5. 4. W odmianie czwartej hu stawka o konstrukcji jak w odmianie trzeciej dodatkowo charakteryzu- je si e zestawieniem kolorystycznym poszczególnych elementów to jest podpory wykonane s a w kolo- rze niebieskim, górna poprzeczka, k ladki równowa zni i konstrukcja pod k ladkami jest w kolorze zielo- nym, siedziska w kolorze ró zowym, za s uchwyty w kolorze szarym jak pokazano na fig. 6. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego: 1. The essence of the design is a new form of the object manifested in the combination of individual elements of a specific shape or in the combination of individual elements of a specific shape and color. The subject of the design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a single-beam version of the hu-beam in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the same hu-beam in a side view, Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the hu-beam in one of the color combinations, Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 show a double-beam version of the hu-beam in a side view, a top view and a perspective view in an exemplary color combination. The characteristics of the individual design variants are presented below: 1. In the first variant, the hu-beam consists of a metal support in the shape of an inverted "U", to which a balance beam is articulated. The bridge is terminated on each side with a seat, the shape of which is similar to a shoulder blade. In front of the seat there is a handle in the form of a rod bent into the shape of a circle. On the underside of the balance beam, under the seat, there is a trapezoidal structure with a spring bumper as shown in fig. 1 to 2. 2. In the second variant, the balance beam with the same structure as in the first variant is additionally characterized by the color combination of the individual elements, i.e. the support is made in yellow, the balance beam footbridge and the structure under the seat are in red, the seats are in green, and the handles are in gray, as shown in fig. 3. 3. In the third variant, the balance beam is presented with two bases, each of which has the shape of an inverted "U", connected with each other by an upper crossbar, and with two balance beams with the same structure as in the first variant, as shown in fig. 4 and 5. 4. In the fourth variant, the balance beam with the same structure as in the third variant is additionally characterized by the combination the color of the individual elements, i.e. the supports are made in blue, the upper crossbar, the balance beam footbridges and the structure under the footbridges are in green, the seats are in pink, and the handles are in gray as shown in Fig. 6. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. In the first variant, the essential feature of the balance beam is the combination of its individual elements with a specific shape, i.e. a metal support in the shape of an inverted "U", to which the balance beam is articulated, the beam being terminated on each side with a seat whose shape is similar to a shoulder blade, and in front of the seat, a handle in the form of a rod bent into the shape of a circle is attached, and on the underside of the balance beam, under the seat, a trapezoidal structure with a spring bumper is situated as shown in fig. 1 to 2. 2. In the second variant of the industrial design, an important feature is the combination of its individual elements in the shape as in the first variant and, additionally, the color combination of these elements, i.e. the support is made in yellow, the balance beam and the structure under the seat are in red, the seats are in green, and the handles are in gray, as shown in fig. 3. 3. In the third variant of the industrial design, an important feature is the double combination of the individual elements of the balance beam in the shape as in the first variant and the connection of the base with the upper crossbar as shown in fig. 4 and 5. 4.
