Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest hustawka sprezynowa, umocowana na dwóch sprezynach, stosowana glównie na placach zabaw. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów nadajacych okreslony ksztalt hustawce lub w zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów nadajacych okreslony ksztalt hustawce i zestawieniu kolorystycznym tych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia hustawke dwusprezynowa w ujeciu perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia hustawke jak w odmianie pierwszej w jednym z zestawien kolorystycznych. Ponizej przedstawiono charakterystyke poszczególnych odmian wzorów: 1. W pierwszej odmianie hustawka sprezynowa sklada sie z dwóch podpór w postaci sprezyn, polaczonych bezposrednio z belka oraz z podpory stalej osadzonej przegubowo. Belka umieszczona jest symetrycznie wzgledem podpór. Na koncach belki usytuowane sa siedziska w ksztalcie plaskich lopatek, zas pod spodem usytuowane sa odbojniki. Przed siedziskami zamocowane sa uchwyty w ksztalcie obreczy, a za nimi przeciwlegle po obu stronach belki, zamocowane sa dodatkowe siedziska boczne z rurkowym oparciem, jak pokazano na fig. 1. 2. W drugiej odmianie hustawka o konstrukcji jak w odmianie pierwszej charakteryzuje sie dodatkowo zestawieniem kolorystycznym poszczególnych elementów, przy czym sprezyny sa w kolorze pomaranczowym, belka i podpora stala w kolorze fioletowym, siedziska w kolorze zielonkawym, uchwyty w postaci obreczy w kolorze szarym, siedziska boczne i odbojniki w kolorze czarnym, zas oparcia siedzisk bocznych w kolorze zóltym jak pokazano na fig.2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. W odmianie pierwszej cecha istotna hustawki sprezynowej jest zestawienie poszczególnych jej elementów, które nadaja okreslony ksztalt hustawce to jest: hustawka sprezynowa sklada sie z dwóch podpór w postaci sprezyn, polaczonych bezposrednio z belka oraz z podpory stalej osadzonej przegubowo, przy czym belka umieszczona jest symetrycznie wzgledem podpór, a na koncach belki usytuowane sa siedziska w ksztalcie plaskich lopatek, zas pod spodem usytuowane sa odbojniki. Przed siedziskami zamocowane sa uchwyty w ksztalcie obreczy, a za nimi przeciwlegle po obu stronach belki zamocowane sa dodatkowe siedziska boczne z rurkowym oparciem, jak pokazano na fig. 1. 2. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego cecha istotna jest zestawienie poszczególnych elementów hustawki, jak w odmianie siódmej i dodatkowo zestawienie kolorystyczne tych elementów, to jest: sprezyny sa w kolorze pomaranczowym, belka i podpora stala w kolorze fioletowym, siedziska w kolorze zielonkawym, uchwyty w postaci obreczy w kolorze szarym, siedziska boczne i odbojniki w kolorze czarnym, zas oparcia siedzisk bocznych w kolorze zóltym jak pokazano na fig. 2.PL 18302 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 18302 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The industrial design is a spring swing mounted on two springs, used primarily on playgrounds. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of individual elements giving the swing a specific shape, or in the arrangement of individual elements giving the swing a specific shape and the color combination of these elements. The design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the two-spring swing in perspective, and Fig. 2 shows the swing as in the first variant in one of the color combinations. The characteristics of the individual design variants are presented below: 1. In the first variant, the spring swing consists of two spring-shaped supports, connected directly to a beam, and a fixed, pivotally mounted support. The beam is placed symmetrically relative to the supports. At the ends of the beam are seats shaped like flat paddles, with bumpers underneath. In front of the seats are mounted hoop-shaped handles, and behind them, on either side of the beam, are additional side seats with tubular backrests, as shown in Fig. 1. 2. In the second version, the swing, with a design similar to the first, is additionally characterized by the color combination of the individual components, with the springs being orange, the beam and fixed support being purple, the seats being greenish, the hoop-shaped handles being gray, the side seats and bumpers being black, and the side seat backrests being yellow, as shown in Fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. In the first variant, the essential feature of the spring swing is the combination of its individual elements which give the swing a specific shape, i.e.: the spring swing consists of two supports in the form of springs, connected directly to the beam, and a fixed support mounted in an articulated manner, the beam being placed symmetrically in relation to the supports, and at the ends of the beam there are seats in the shape of flat blades, and bumpers are placed underneath. In front of the seats, there are hoop-shaped handles, and behind them, opposite on both sides of the beam, there are additional side seats with tubular backrests, as shown in Fig. 1. 2. In the second variant of the industrial design, an important feature is the arrangement of the individual elements of the swing, as in the seventh variant, and additionally the color combination of these elements, i.e.: the springs are orange, the beam and the fixed support are purple, the seats are greenish, the hoop-shaped handles are gray, the side seats and bumpers are black, and the backrests of the side seats are yellow, as shown in Fig. 2.
