Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest hu stawka sprezynowa, umocowana na co najmniej jednej spr ezynie, stosowana g lównie na placach zabaw. Istot a wzoru jest nowa posta c przedmiotu przejawiaj aca si e w zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów nadaj acych okre slony kszta lt hu stawce lub w zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów nadaj acych okre slony kszta lt hu stawce i zestawieniu kolorystycznym tych elementów. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of individual elements giving the swing a specific shape, or in the arrangement of individual elements giving the swing a specific shape and the color combination of these elements. The subject of the design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a single-spring unit in the first variant in perspective, Fig. 2 shows the same unit in one of the sets of n colors, Fig. 3 shows a single-spring unit in the third variant in perspective, Fig. 4 shows a unit as in the third variant in one of the sets of n colors, Fig. 5 shows a double-spring unit in the fifth variant in perspective, Fig. 6 shows a unit as in the fifth variant in one of the sets of n colors. Common features for all varieties include: - spring supports, - a beam arranged symmetrically relative to the springs with seats on both sides shaped like flat blades, - decorations attached to the beam in the shape of flat animal heads. Below are the characteristics of the individual design varieties: 1. In the first variety, the spring support consists of a spring support on which a beam is placed symmetrically, topped with seats on both sides shaped like flat blades. Rim-shaped handles are attached in front of the seats. Foot rests shaped like bicycle pedals are attached near the rims. A flat decoration in the form of an animal head is mounted in the central part of the beam, as shown in Fig. 1. 2. In the second variant, the stake, constructed as in the first variant, is additionally characterized by the color combination of the individual elements, with the spring being orange, the beam being red, the rims being gray, one of the seats being blue, the other greenish, and the animal's head being yellow, as shown in Fig. 2. 3. In the third variant, the spring stake consists of a spring support on which a beam is placed symmetrically, topped on both sides with seats in the shape of flat blades. Flat animal heads are mounted in front of the seats, to which peg handles are attached. Foot rests resembling bicycle pedals are attached near the animals' heads, as shown in Fig. 3. 4. In the fourth variation, the stake, constructed as in the third variation, is additionally characterized by the color combination of the individual elements: the spring is orange, the beam is purple, the animal heads are blue, one of the seats is pink, and the other has greenish seats, as shown in Fig. 4. 5. In the fifth variation, the spring stake consists of two spring supports connected to the beam by outriggers. The beam is placed symmetrically with respect to the supports. The beam is topped with flat, decoratively cut elements protruding above the beam's surface. At the ends of the beam there are double seats in the shape of flat blades. In front of the first seats there are flat animal heads attached to which wheel handles are attached, while in front of the second seats there are rim-shaped handles attached, next to which there are foot rests resembling bicycle pedals as shown in Fig. 5. 6. In the sixth variant, the stand with the construction as in the fifth variant is additionally characterized by the color combination of the individual elements, with the springs being orange, the beam being red, the animal heads being yellow, one pair of seats being blue, the second pair of seats being greenish, the rim-shaped handles being gray, and the decorative elements at the ends of the beam being yellow as shown in Fig. 6. Essential features common to all varieties: - spring supports, - a beam arranged symmetrically in relation to the springs with seats on both sides in the shape of flat blades, - decorations attached to the beam in the shape of flat animal heads. 2. In the first variant, an important feature of the spring-loaded stake is the combination of its individual elements that give it a specific shape, i.e.: the support is in the form of a spring, on which a beam is placed symmetrically, terminated on both sides with seats in the shape of flat blades, while in front of the seats, handles in the form of rims are mounted, around which foot rests are mounted, resembling bicycle pedals in shape, and in the central part of the beam, a flat decoration in the form of a lynx head is mounted, as shown in Fig. 1. 3. In the second variant of the industrial design, an important feature is the combination of individual elements of the stake, as in the first variant, and additionally the color combination of these elements, i.e.: the spring is orange, the beam is red, the rim is red. The basket is grey, one of the seats is blue, the other one is greenish, and the lynx head is yellow as shown in Fig. 2. 4. In the third variant, an important feature of the spring-loaded stake is the arrangement of its individual elements, which give the stake a specific shape, i.e.: the support is in the form of a spring, on which a beam is placed symmetrically, terminated on both sides with seats in the shape of flat blades, while in front of the seats, flat animal heads are attached, to which peg handles are attached for holding, and in the vicinity of the animals' heads, foot supports are attached, resembling bicycle pedals in shape as shown in Fig. 3. 5. In the fourth variant of the industrial design, an important feature There is a combination of individual elements of the spring bench, as in the third variant, and additionally a color combination of these elements, i.e.: the spring is orange, the beam is purple, the animal heads are blue, one of the seats is pink, and the other one is greenish, as shown in Fig. 4. 6. In the fifth variant, an important feature of the spring bench is the combination of its individual elements, which give a specific shape to the bench, i.e.: the bench consists of two supports in the form of springs, connected to the beam by outriggers, the beam is placed symmetrically in relation to the supports and is finished with flat, decoratively cut elements protruding above the surface of the beam, while at the ends of the beam there are double seats in the shape of flat blades, and in front of the first seats there are flat animal heads attached to which wheel handles are attached, while in front of the second seats there are rim-shaped handles attached, next to which there are foot rests resembling bicycle pedals as shown in Fig. 5. 7.
