The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of individual elements giving the swing a specific shape, or in the arrangement of individual elements giving the swing a specific shape and the color combination of these elements. The subject of the design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the hu stake in the first variant in perspective, Fig. 2 shows the same hu stake in one of the sets of n colors, Fig. 3 shows the hu stake in the third variant in perspective, Fig. 4 shows the hu stake as in the third variant in one of the sets of n colors, Fig. 5 shows the hu stake in the fifth variant in perspective, Fig. 6 shows the hu stake as in the sixth variant in one of the sets of n colors. Common features for all varieties include: - a spring support, - decorations in the form of a flat animal head with attached handles and decorations in the form of the animal's flat tail, - a seat in the shape of a flat blade, placed directly under the spring between the animal's head and tail. Below are the characteristics of the individual design varieties: 1. In the first variety, the spring support imitates a horse and consists of a spring support and a seat section attached to it. The seat section consists of two parallel beams to which a seat in the shape of a flat blade is attached. Attached to the same beams is a flat horse head with peg handles at the front, and a flat tail at the back. On the sides, below the seat, are U-shaped poles for leg rests, as shown in Fig. 1. 2. In the second version, the stake, constructed as in the first version, is additionally characterized by the color combination of the individual elements: the spring is orange, the beams are yellow, the poles are gray, the seat is blue, and the horse's head and tail are pink, as shown in Fig. 2. 3. In the third version, the spring stake imitates a horse and consists of a spring support and a seat attached to it. The seat section consists of two parallel beams, to which a flat, paddle-shaped seat is attached. The horse's flat head with mane is attached to the front of these same beams. Peg handles are attached to the head, and a flat tail is attached to the rear. The holes are covered with blind holes on the sides of the beam. On the sides, below the seat, there are leg rests in a shape resembling bicycle pedals, as shown in Fig. 3. 4. In the fourth version of the hu, the stake with the same construction as in the third version is additionally characterized by the color combination of the individual elements, with the spring being orange, the beam being yellow, the horse's head and tail being red, the seat being pink, and the handles, caps and leg rests being blue-green, as shown in Fig. 4. 5. In the fifth version of the hu, the spring stake has a form imitating an animal and consists of a support in the form of a spring and a seat part attached to it. The seat part consists of two parallel beams to which a seat in the shape of a flat blade is attached. To the same beams, a beam bent in the shape of an arc is attached at the front, to which a flat animal head is attached with peg handles for holding and foot rests, while a flat tail is attached at the back as shown in Fig. 5. 6. In the sixth variant, the stand with the construction as in the fifth variant is additionally characterized by the color combination of the individual elements, with the spring being orange, the horizontal and arched beam being red, the seat being pink, the head and tail being blue, and the handles and foot rests being green, as shown in Fig. 6. Essential features common to all varieties: - spring support, - decorations in the form of a flat animal head to which a holding handles and decorations in the form of the animal's flat tail, - a seat in the shape of a flat blade, placed directly under the spring between the animal's head and tail. 2. In the first variant, the essential feature of the spring stake is the combination of its individual elements that give the stake its specific shape, i.e.: the support is in the form of a spring, on which is mounted the seat part consisting of two parallel beams, to which the seat in the shape of a flat blade is attached. To the same beams is attached the horse's flat head with peg-shaped holding handles at the front, and the flat tail at the rear. On the sides, below the seat, there are U-shaped bows for supporting the legs, as shown in Fig. 1. 3. In the second variant of the industrial design, an important feature is the combination of the individual elements of the spring bench as in the first variant and, additionally, the color combination of these elements, i.e.: the spring is orange, the beams are yellow, the bows are gray, the seat is blue, and the horse's head and tail are pink, as shown in Fig. 2. 4. In the third variant, an important feature of the spring bench is the combination of its individual elements, which give a specific shape to the bench, i.e.: the spring bench has a form imitating a horse and consists of a support in the form of a spring and a seat part attached to it. The seat section consists of two parallel beams, to which a flat, paddle-shaped seat is attached. The horse's flat head with mane is attached to the front of these same beams. Peg handles are attached to the head, and a flat tail is attached to the rear. The holes are covered with blind holes on the sides of the beam. On the sides, below the seat, there are leg rests in a shape resembling bicycle pedals as shown in Fig. 3. 5. In the fourth variant of the industrial design, an important feature is the combination of individual elements of the spring stake, as in the third variant, and additionally the color combination of these elements, i.e.: the spring is orange, the beam is yellow, the horse's head and tail are red, the seat is pink, the handles, end caps and leg rests are blue-green as shown in Fig. 4. 6. In the fifth variant, an important feature of the spring stake is the combination of individual elements that give a specific shape to the stake, i.e.: the spring stake has a form imitating an animal and consists of e from a support in the form of a spring and a seat part attached to it. The seat part consists of two parallel beams to which a seat in the shape of a flat blade is attached. To the same beams, a beam bent in the shape of an arc is attached at the front, to which a flat head of the animal is attached with peg handles for holding and footrests, while a flat tail is attached at the back as shown in Fig. 5. 7. In the sixth variant of the industrial design, an important feature is the arrangement of the individual elements of the swing, as in the fifth variant, and additionally the color combination of these elements, i.e.: the spring is orange, the horizontal and arched beam is red, the seat is pink, the head and tail are blue, the handles and footrests are green, the spring is orange, the beam is red, the seat is blue, as shown in Fig. 6.
