Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest hustawka sprezynowa, umocowana na jednej sprezynie, stosowana glównie na placach zabaw. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów nadajacych okreslony ksztalt hustawce lub w zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów nadajacych okreslony ksztalt hustawce i zestawieniu kolorystycznym tych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia hustawke w pierwszej odmianie w ujeciu perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia te sama hustawke w jednym z zestawien kolorystycznych. Ponizej przedstawiono charakterystyke poszczególnych odmian wzorów: 1. W odmianie pierwszej hustawka sprezynowa ma postac imitujaca rower i sklada sie z podpory w postaci sprezyny oraz z zamocowanej do niej czesci siedziskowej. Czesc siedziskowa sklada sie z lukowo wygietej belki, do której zamocowane jest siedzisko w ksztalcie plaskiej lopatki z oparciem w takim samym ksztalcie. Do wygietej w ksztalcie luku belki zamocowana jest z przodu rurkowa kierownica, zas od spodu zawieszone sa z przodu i z tylu kola jak pokazano na fig. 1. 2. W dziesiatej odmianie hustawka sprezynowa o konstrukcji jak w odmianie pierwszej charakteryzuje sie dodatkowo zestawieniem kolorystycznym poszczególnych elementów, przy czym sprezyna jest w kolorze pomaranczowym, belka lukowa oraz kierownica w kolorze niebieskim, siedzisko i oparcie w kolorze czerwonym, zas kola w kolorze czarnym, jak pokazano na fig. 2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. W odmianie pierwszej cecha istotna hustawki sprezynowej jest zestawienie poszczególnych jej elementów nadajacych okreslony ksztalt hustawce to jest: hustawka sprezynowa ma postac imitujaca rower i sklada sie z podpory w postaci sprezyny oraz z zamocowanej do niej czesci siedziskowej. Czesc siedziskowa sklada sie z lukowo wygietej belki, do której zamocowane jest siedzisko w ksztalcie plaskiej lopatki z oparciem w takim samym ksztalcie. Do wygietej w ksztalcie luku belki zamocowana jest z przodu rurkowa kierownica, zas od spodu zawieszone sa z przodu i z tylu kola jak pokazano na fig. 1. 2. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego cecha istotna jest zestawienie jej poszcze- gólnych elementów o ksztalcie jak w odmianie dziewiatej i dodatkowo zestawienie kolorystyczne tych elementów, to jest: sprezyna jest w kolorze pomaranczowym, belka lukowa oraz kierownica w kolorze niebieskim, siedzisko i oparcie w kolorze czerwonym, zas kola w kolorze czarnym, jak pokazano na fig. 2.PL 18304 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 18304 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a spring-loaded swing mounted on a single spring, used primarily in playgrounds. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of individual elements giving the swing a specific shape, or in the arrangement of individual elements giving the swing a specific shape and the color combination of these elements. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the first version of the swing in perspective, and Fig. 2 shows the same swing in one of the color combinations. The characteristics of the individual design variations are presented below: 1. In the first version, the spring-loaded swing imitates a bicycle and consists of a spring support and a seat attached to it. The seat part consists of an arched beam to which a seat in the shape of a flat blade is attached, with a backrest in the same shape. A tubular handlebar is attached to the front of the arc-shaped beam, while wheels are suspended from the front and rear underneath, as shown in Fig. 1. 2. In the tenth variant, the spring swing with the same construction as in the first variant is additionally characterized by the color combination of the individual elements, with the spring being orange, the arc beam and handlebar being blue, the seat and backrest being red, and the wheels being black, as shown in Fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. In the first variant, the essential feature of the spring swing is the combination of its individual elements giving the swing a specific shape, i.e.: the spring swing has a form imitating a bicycle and consists of a support in the form of a spring and a seat part attached to it. The seat section consists of an arched beam, to which a flat blade-shaped seat with a backrest of the same shape is attached. A tubular steering wheel is attached to the front of the arched beam, while wheels are suspended from the front and rear from underneath, as shown in Fig. 1. 2. In the second variant of the industrial design, an important feature is the arrangement of its individual elements in the shape of the ninth variant and, additionally, the color combination of these elements: the spring is orange, the arched beam and steering wheel are blue, the seat and backrest are red, and the wheels are black, as shown in Fig. 2.
