Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest hustawka sprezynowa, umocowana na trzech sprezynach, stosowana glównie na placach zabaw. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów nadajacych okreslony ksztalt hustawce lub w zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów nadajacych okreslony ksztalt hustawce i zestawieniu kolorystycznym tych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia hustawke oparta na trzech sprezynach w ujeciu perspektywicznym, zas fig. 2 przedstawia hustawke jak w odmianie pierwszej w jednym z zestawien kolorystycznych. Ponizej przedstawiono charakterystyke poszczególnych odmian wzorów: 1. W odmianie pierwszej hustawka sprezynowa sklada sie z podpór w postaci trzech równomiernie rozmieszczonych sprezyn, na których oparty jest podest w ksztalcie kola. Na srodku kola umieszczony jest trójnóg, którego nogi sa lukowo wygiete w kierunku srodka kola, zas w górnej czesci nogi te polaczone sa obrecza jak pokazano na fig.1. 2. W odmianie drugiej hustawka sprezynowa o konstrukcji jak w odmianie pierwszej charakteryzuje sie dodatkowo zestawieniem kolorystycznym poszczególnych elementów to jest sprezyny, obrzeze podestu oraz obrecz wykonane sa w kolorze czerwonym, zas pozostale elementy sa w kolorze szarym jak pokazano na fig. 2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. W odmianie pierwszej cecha istotna hustawki sprezynowej jest zestawienie poszczególnych jej elementów nadajacych okreslony ksztalt hustawce to jest: podpory maja postac trzech równomiernie rozmieszczonych sprezyn, na których oparty jest podest w ksztalcie kola. Na srodku kola umieszczony jest trójnóg, którego nogi sa lukowo wygiete w kierunku srodka kola, zas w górnej czesci nogi te polaczone sa obrecza jak pokazano na fig. 1. 2. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego cecha istotna jest zestawienie jej poszcze- gólnych elementów o ksztalcie jak w odmianie pierwszej i dodatkowo zestawienie kolory- styczne tych elementów, to jest: sprezyny, obrzeze podestu oraz obrecz wykonane sa w kolorze czerwonym, zas pozostale elementy sa w kolorze szarym jak pokazano na fig. 2.PL 18303 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 18303 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The industrial design is for a spring swing mounted on three springs, primarily used in playgrounds. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of individual elements that give the swing a specific shape, or in the arrangement of individual elements that give the swing a specific shape and the color combination of these elements. The design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the swing supported by three springs in a perspective view, while Fig. 2 shows the swing as in the first variant in one of the color combinations. The characteristics of the individual design variants are presented below: 1. In the first variant, the spring swing consists of supports in the form of three evenly spaced springs, on which a circular platform rests. In the middle of the wheel there is a tripod, the legs of which are bent in an arc towards the center of the wheel, and in the upper part these legs are connected by a hoop as shown in Fig. 1. 2. In the second variant, the spring swing with the construction as in the first variant is additionally characterized by the color combination of the individual elements, i.e. the springs, the edge of the platform and the hoop are made in red, while the remaining elements are gray, as shown in Fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. In the first variant, the essential feature of the spring swing is the combination of its individual elements giving the swing a specific shape, i.e.: the supports are in the form of three evenly spaced springs on which the circular platform is based. In the middle of the wheel there is a tripod, the legs of which are bent in an arc towards the center of the wheel, and in the upper part these legs are connected by a hoop as shown in Fig. 1. 2. In the second variant of the industrial design, an important feature is the arrangement of its individual elements in the shape as in the first variant and, additionally, the color combination of these elements, i.e.: the springs, the edge of the platform and the hoop are made in red, while the remaining elements are in gray as shown in Fig. 2.
