The children's tricycle, as designed, is distinguished by new visual qualities and an original and individual shape. The essence of the design is the new and individual character of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shape, form, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The children's tricycle, as designed, may be manufactured industrially or by hand from metal, wood, plastics, natural or artificial rubber. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a children's tricycle from the front, Fig. 2 shows a children's tricycle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows a children's tricycle from the rear. Essential features of an industrial design Essential features of an industrial design include that the children's tricycle is equipped with a frame to which a fork with an embedded front wheel, connected to the handlebars, is attached at the front, and a curved beam with wheels positioned at its ends is attached at the rear. The front of the tricycle is decorated with a fanciful figure representing a panda bear situated on the handlebars. The handlebars are equipped with grips on both sides. A wheel is attached between the fork arms, and a flywheel is placed in its recess. The wheel is equipped with pedals. The wheel has a tire housed in a stylized hubcap. The hubcap is a wheel with three oval areas in a different color than the hubcap's surface. The tread is a different color than the tire's sidewall. A contoured saddle is attached to the bike frame, along with a flat shelf underneath for the legs. The saddle is equipped with a backrest with a headrest and a semicircular safety element to prevent falls. The saddle surface is decorated with a drawing of a panda bear. The rear of the bike is equipped with an elongated element attached to a curved beam with wheels, ending with a handle. The handle has a roughly oval shape. A basket is located between the arms of the rear beam. The wheels are attached to the ends of the rear beam. The wheels have tires placed in stylized hubcaps. Each hubcap is in the form of a wheel, with three oval fields arranged around a central circle, which is a different color than the hubcap surface. The tread is a different color than the side surface of the tire. Arms supporting a frame with a canopy are attached to the backrest of the bike's saddle. The roof is made of textile material, supported by the arms of the stele. The arms of the stele are connected by semicircular elements supporting the vault surface.
