Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy ksztaltu, linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the characteristics of shape, lines, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The design is presented in the attached photographs, showing the children's bicycle in a general view from the front, side, and slightly from the back, in which Fig. 1 shows bicycle variant 1, Fig. 2 shows bicycle variant 2, and Fig. 3 shows bicycle variant 3. The children's bicycle, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of metal, waterproof textile fabrics, and plastics. Significant features of the industrial design. The essential features of industrial design variant 1, presented in the photograph, Fig. 1, include that the children's bicycle is equipped with a frame inclined diagonally to the ground, with a bracket attached transversely at the front. This bracket terminates at the top with arms extending outward, forming handlebars. At the bottom, the bracket has a branch, between which the front wheel is mounted. At the front wheel axis, on arms bent in a "Z" shape, the bicycle pedals are pivotally mounted, decorated with colorful heart-shaped inserts. The front wheel, above the bend of the bracket tip, is partially covered by a cap attached at the sides to the handlebar bracket arms. On the opposite side of the handlebar, the bicycle frame terminates with a crossbeam, at the ends of which the rear wheels are mounted. The rear wheels, like the front wheel, feature decorative, shiny rims. Perpendicular arms extend from the rear frame, supporting a basket made of textile material, similar to the seat. The seat swivels and is attached to the frame arm between the rear crossbar and the handlebar bracket. The seat is padded with a cover made of a thick non-woven fabric, covered with a waterproof blue fabric. The seat cover, placed over the backrest, tapers on both sides, creating a curved belt in the center. This curved belt is attached to the bike's handrail, which is attached to the seat on both sides. The handrail, in the form of a curved bow, forms a closed circuit with the backrest. The handrail folds down when placing or removing a child from the bike. It is covered with a waterproof material with a thick non-woven interior. At the top, the bike is equipped with a foldable canopy made of waterproof fabric in the same color as the other parts. The canopy has a frame at the back, mounted above the backrest. At the back of the seat, the bike is equipped with a diagonally inclined strip from the ground, from which extend tubular arms, angularly splayed out to the sides, form a handle. Attached to the bike frame, between the front wheel and the rear wheels, is a handle with child-friendly footrests, placed on both sides of the frame. The footrests are decorated with artistic motifs, identical to the pedal surfaces. The bike also comes with a bell with a transparent cover, attached to the handlebars. The seat, seat cover, partial handrail, handlebar grips, bicycle frame, partial wheel decorations, rear of the bicycle, and diagonally inclined trim are all blue. Among the significant features of industrial design variant 2, presented in photograph (Fig. 2), is that the children's bicycle is equipped with a frame inclined diagonally to the ground, with a support bracket attached transversely at the front. This support bracket terminates at the top with arms extending outward, forming handlebars. At the bottom, the support bracket has a branch, between which the front wheel is mounted. The bicycle pedals, adorned with colorful heart-shaped inserts, are pivotally mounted on Z-shaped arms along the front wheel axis. The front wheel, over the curve of the stem end, is partially covered by a cap attached to the handlebar arms on both sides. On the opposite side of the handlebar, the bike frame terminates in a crossbeam, at the ends of which the rear wheels are mounted. The rear wheels, like the front wheel, have decorative, shiny rims. The seat, seat cover, part of the handrail, handlebar grips, frame, part of the wheel decorations, rear of the bike, and the diagonally inclined strip are all red.
