The essence of the design is the product's new and individual character, given to it by the shape, line features, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, showing a general view of the children's bicycle from the front, side, and slightly from the back. Fig. 1 shows bicycle variant 1, Fig. 2 shows bicycle variant 2, Fig. 3 shows bicycle variant 3, and Fig. 4 shows bicycle variant 4. The children's bicycle, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of metal, waterproof textile fabrics, and plastics. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of industrial design variant 1, presented in photograph, Fig. 1, include that the children's bicycle is equipped with a frame inclined diagonally to the ground, with a bracket attached transversely at the front. The bracket is terminated at the top with arms extending sideways, forming handlebars. At the bottom, the bracket has a finger-shaped, arched branch, between which the front wheel is mounted. The bicycle pedals, adorned with colorful inserts, are pivotally mounted on Z-shaped arms at the front wheel axis. A shiny, convex fender is located above the front wheel, within the space created by the arched bend of the bracket. On the opposite side of the handlebar, the bicycle frame terminates with a crossbeam, at the ends of which the rear wheels are attached. The rear wheels and front wheel of the tricycle feature decorative, shiny rims. Perpendicular arms extend from the rear frame, supporting a basket made partly of openwork fabric and partly of a material similar to the other textile elements of the tricycle. The upper edge has a convex textile finish. Attached to the perpendicular arms is the seat, upholstered in a thick non-woven fabric with a waterproof gray top and black inserts. The seat, elongated upwards, above the child's head, is arched at the bottom, and narrows at the front on both sides, creating a curved belt in the center. This belt is curved, creating an opening, inside which is placed the tricycle's handrail, attached to longitudinal tubes supporting the canopy on both sides of the seat. The curved handlebar, which rests against the seat backrest, creates a closed loop. It tilts to allow the child to be placed or removed from the bike. The bike is equipped with a foldable canopy at the top, made of waterproof fabric in the same color as the other components. At the rear of the seat, the bike features a diagonally angled arm, ending with a handle bent on both sides. A pouch for documents and small items is attached to the diagonal arm below the handle. A handle with child-friendly footrests, positioned on both sides of the frame, is attached to the frame at the bottom, between the front and rear wheels. The bike also comes with a bell with a transparent cover, located in the center of the handlebar. The bike frame, basket, canopy, pouch, and decorative pedal inserts are all gray.
