From the description of the industrial design Rp. 5351 a armchair is known, which is characterized in that its seat and backrest located between the extreme crossbars of the spatial supporting framework have the shape of a cylindrical rectangular surface, the forming elements of which are rectangular planks, connected from below with flexible bands perpendicular to these planks, and the steering wheel of this cylindrical surface is a regular curved line similar in shape to a chain line. The three-dimensional load-bearing frame of the lounger is made of wooden beams connected by crossbars in planes perpendicular to the plane of symmetry of the lounger, while in planes parallel to the plane of symmetry these beams are connected to each other in a rotatable manner by means of pins. In one of its two varieties, the lounger additionally has a footrest, which is an extension of the seat surface, intended to support the feet. On the other hand, a garden lounger with a wooden structure is known from the description of industrial design Rp. 8982. This lounger is made of boards of different widths and has longitudinally loose wooden frames with rounded and irregular edges, legs made of debarked and smoothed branches and plastic wheels. It is also known from the description of industrial design Rp. 13219, folding armchair made of individual wooden elements, forming the backrest and seat. The upper backrest and front seat elements are connected with each other by a brass rod, secured with nuts on the sides. The lower backrest elements rest on the rear of the seat elements at an angle, and short wooden elements are placed between them and outside. Brass rods, secured with nuts, pass through the lower backrest elements and the top of the short elements and through the rear seat and the bottom of the short elements. The short wooden elements enable the armchair to be folded. The legs of the armchair are two extended seat elements and two backrest elements. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the chair, manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines. The industrial design of the sofa consists essentially of three segments connected together in a pivotal manner: seat, backrest and headrest with support. Each of these segments has a structure composed of two elongated and arc-shaped supporting elements, connected by a series of transverse flat strips. The elongated supporting elements are bent with the same arc radius, with the seat supporting elements being arranged at the very edges of the side seats and having sharp ends creating short legs of the sofa, while the backrest supporting elements are slightly set back in relation to the side edges of the sofa so that when the sofa is folded they fit between the seat supporting elements. Between the backrest support elements, in their upper part, there is an additional set pivotally attached to them, consisting of a headrest and a support in the shape of a single-step ladder. The headrest, like the seat, has arched support elements arranged at the side edges of the headrest, wherein the length of the transverse flat slats of the headrest is selected so that after folding the bed, they fit between the support elements of the backrest of the bed, and furthermore, the transverse flat slats are situated only in the upper half of the support elements of the headrest. The ladder-shaped support has arched beams and a flat rung of such length that when the bed is folded, it fits in the lower part of the load-bearing elements of the headrest, and when the bed is unfolded, it provides a support under its backrest. One of the load-bearing elements of the seat of the lounger has, on its outer side, a handle enabling convenient carrying of the lounger when folded.PL 17731 3 Essential features of the industrial design 1. The folding lounger has a seat, a backrest and a headrest with a support connected to each other in a rotatable manner, each of these parts having a load-bearing structure composed of two longitudinal, arc-shaped load-bearing elements connected by transverse flat strips, and all longitudinal load-bearing elements have the same radius of the bending arc. 2. The longitudinal load-bearing elements of the seat, backrest, headrest and support are arranged in pairs so that when the lounger is folded, the support fits between the load-bearing elements of the headrest, the headrest between the load-bearing elements of the backrest, and the backrest between the load-bearing elements of the seat. 3.
