Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest butelka ze spryskiwaczem przeznaczona do rozpylania p lynów. Nowa posta c wzoru przejawia sie w uk ladzie linii i zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów, na- daj acych okre slony kszta lt butelce lub w uk ladzie linii i zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów, nada- jacych okre slony kszta lt butelce oraz w zestawieniu kolorystycznym tych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelk e ze spryskiwa- czem w pierwszej odmianie w uj eciu perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - przedstawia butelk e w pierwszej od- mianie w widoku od czo la, fig. 3 przedstawia butelk e w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z ty lu, fig. 4 przedstawia butelk e w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z góry, fig. 5 do fig. 8 przedstawiaj a butelk e ze spryskiwaczem w odmianie drugiej w widokach jak w odmianie pierwszej, w przyk ladowym zestawie- niu kolorystycznym. Poni zej przedstawiono charakterystyk e poszczególnych odmian wzoru: 1. W odmianie pierwszej butelka ze spryskiwaczem ma kszta lt cylindryczny, lekko przew eza- jacy si e tu z przy nakr etce. Nakr etka ma równie z kszta lt cylindryczny, przy czym jej po- wierzchnia jest wzd lu znie zlobiona. The new form of the design is manifested in the arrangement of lines and the arrangement of individual elements that give the bottle a specific shape, or in the arrangement of lines and the arrangement of individual elements that give the bottle a specific shape, and in the color combination of these elements. The subject of the design is presented in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the first variant of the spray bottle in perspective, fig. 2 shows the first variant of the bottle in a front view, fig. 3 shows the first variant of the bottle in a back view, fig. 4 shows the first variant of the bottle in a top view, and figs. 5 to fig. 8 show the second variant of the spray bottle in views similar to the first variant, in an exemplary color combination. The characteristics of individual variants of the design are presented below: 1. In the first variant, the spray bottle has a cylindrical shape, narrowing slightly near the cap. The cap is also cylindrical, with its surface being grooved longitudinally. At the top of the cap there is a sprayer part in the form of a decoratively profiled head with side projections, ending with a nozzle and equipped with an oval-shaped trigger as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4. 2. In the second variant of the design, the sprayer bottle has the shape as in the first variant, but the head is white, the cylindrical part of the bottle is made of a partially transparent material with a shade of white, and the nozzle, cap and trigger are green as shown in Fig. 5 to Fig. 8. Essential features of the industrial design: 1.
