Ogólnie znane sa przelotki do upinania tkanin, zlozone z dwóch rozlacznych czesci, majace najczesciej ksztalt torusa, lub splaszczonej bryly o zarysie kwadratu lub trójkata, z przelotowym otworem. Ze wzoru przemyslowego o nr Rp. 14336 znana jest przelotka do upinania zaslon i firan zlozona z dwóch polaczonych czesci, tworzacych splaszczona bryle o zarysie kwadratu z okraglym otworem w srodku. Scianki przelotki sa wyprofilowane lukowo, wypukla powierzchnia skierowane na zewnatrz, a z boku jednej z bocznych scianek znajduje sie gniazdo. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania postac przelotki w dwóch odmianach, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w jej uksztaltowaniu nadajacym jej indywidualny charakter, wyrózniajacy ja sposród innych przelotek tego rodzaju i przeznaczenia, która moze byc wykonana z róznych materialów w szczególnosci z metalu, tworzyw sztucznych. Generally known are grommets for pinning fabrics, consisting of two separate parts, most often having the shape of a torus, or a flattened block with a square or triangle outline, with a through hole. From the industrial design no. Rp. 14336 is known a grommet for pinning curtains and drapes, consisting of two connected parts, creating a flattened block with a square outline and a round hole in the middle. The walls of the grommet are arc-shaped, the convex surface is directed outwards, and there is a socket on the side of one of the side walls. The essence of the industrial design is a new, reproducible form of the grommet in two varieties, which is particularly visible in its shape, giving it an individual character, distinguishing it from other grommet of this type and purpose, which can be made of various materials, in particular metal and plastics. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: fig. 1 - shows the first version of the grommet in a perspective view, fig. 2 - shows the first version of the grommet in a top view, fig. 3 - shows the second version of the grommet in a perspective view, fig. 4 - shows the second version of the grommet in a top view.
