Przeiotka stanowi alternatywe dla tradycyjnych sposobów upinania zaslon i firan. Przeiotka daje mozliwosc fantazyjnego upinania oraz podwieszania zaslon, firan, kotar i innych w celu nadania im oryginalnych, bardzo indywidualnych form. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Przeiotka moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub w sposób rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych a takze z drewna, ze szkla lub z metalu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia przelotke w widoku ogólnym z góry a fig.2 - pokazuje przelotke w widoku z boku.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanego na rysunku, fig.l i fig.2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze przelotka i sklada sie z dwóch, polaczonych ze soba czesci, tworzacych splaszczona bryle o zarysie kwadratu w widoku z góry, z okraglym otworem 2 w srodku. Scianki 3 przelotki X sa wyprofilowane lukowo, wypukla powierzchnia skierowane na zewnatrz. Z boku jednej z bocznych scianek 3 przelotki J[ znajduje sie gniazdo 4. Gniazdo 4 jest przeznaczone do montowania gietkich, o regulowanej dlugosci listew, umozliwiajacych upinanie firan i zaslon w faldy o równej szerokosci w dowolnych, regulowanych dlugoscia gietkiej listwy odstepach. The tie can be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastics, wood, glass, or metal. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 include that the grommet i consists of two interconnected parts, forming a flattened, square-shaped body when viewed from above, with a circular opening 2 in the center. The walls 3 of the grommet X are arc-shaped, with the convex surface facing outward. On one of the side walls 3 of the J[ grommet there is a socket 4. Socket 4 is designed for mounting flexible, length-adjustable strips, enabling the drapes and curtains to be fastened in pleats of equal width at any intervals, adjustable by the length of the flexible strip.
