Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka meskiego, posiadajacego koperte stalowa mechanizm kwarcowy, tarcze prostokatna stalowa z czterema ozdobnymi nitami w naroznikach, wskaznikami: na zewnetrznym obwodzie w formie kresek czarnych i czerwonych oraz czarnych cyfr arabskich (15, 30, 45, 60) przy czym przy cyfrach 30 i 60 usytuowano dodatkowo czarne klamry, na wewnetrznym obwodzie - wskazniki w formie stalowych czworokatów, wskazówke sekundowa czerwona, pozostale stalowe, Chronograf, male stylizowane tarcze z obwódkami - jedna okragla dwie w ksztalcie czworokata zblizonego do trapezu równoramiennego ze stalowymi i czerwonymi wskaznikami, datownik, szklo szafirowe, miekka stalowa bransolete (Fig.1).2 Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna tarcza oraz wskaznikami na jej zewnetrznym obwodzie w formie kresek stalowych i czerwonych oraz stalowych cyfr arabskich (15, 30, 45, 60) przy czym przy cyfrach 30 i 60 usytuowano dodatkowo stalowe klamry (Fig.2). Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna koperta i bransoleta czarna tarcza, oraz wskaznikami na jej zewnetrznym obwodzie w formie kresek stalowych i czerwonych oraz stalowych cyfr arabskich (15, 30, 45, 60) przy czym przy cyfrach 30 i 60 usytuowano dodatkowo stalowe klamry (Fig. 3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: charakterystyczna koperta stalowa, tarcza prostokatna z czterema ozdobnymi nitami w naroznikach, wskaznikami: na zewnetrznym obwodzie w formie kresek oraz cyfr arabskich (15, 30, 45, 60) przy czym przy cyfrach 30, 60 usytuowano dodatkowo klamry, na wewnetrznym obwodzie wskazniki sa w formie stalowych czworokatów, wskazówka sekundowa czerwona, pozostale stalowe, Chronograf, male stylizowane tarcze z obwódkami - jedna okragla, dwie w ksztalcie czworokata zblizonego do trapezu równoramiennego ze stalowymi i czerwonymi wskaznikami, datownik, szklo szafirowe, miekka stalowa bransoleta.3 Fig. 1\ 4 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a watch. The industrial design and its variations are shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 shows the first version of the watch, and Fig. 3 shows the second version of the watch. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a men's watch, with a steel case, a quartz movement, a rectangular steel dial with four decorative rivets in the corners, indicators: on the outer circumference in the form of black and red lines and black Arabic numerals (15, 30, 45, 60), with additional black buckles at the numbers 30 and 60, on the inner circumference - indicators in the form of steel quadrangles, a red seconds hand, the remaining steel ones, a chronograph, small stylized dials with borders - one round, two in the shape of a quadrangle close to an isosceles trapezoid with steel and red indicators, a date display, sapphire glass, a soft steel bracelet (Fig. 1).2 The design according to variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black dial and indicators on its outer circumference in the form of lines. steel and red and steel Arabic numerals (15, 30, 45, 60), with additional steel clasps placed at the numbers 30 and 60 (Fig. 2). The design according to variant 2 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black case and bracelet, a black dial, and indicators on its outer circumference in the form of steel and red lines and steel Arabic numerals (15, 30, 45, 60), with additional steel clasps placed at the numbers 30 and 60 (Fig. 3).
