Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka meskiego, posiadajacego mechanizm kwarcowy, koperte i bransolete stalowa, lunete czarna z wycieciami, obrotowa ze skala minut, tarcze stalowa okragla ze wskaznikami: na zewnetrznym pierscieniu w formie kresek, na wewnetrznym pierscieniu w formie dwunastu czworokatów w miejscu odpowiadajacym godzinom, wskazówki stalowe, Chronograf: trzy male okragle czarne tarcze ze stalowymi obwódkami, z których jedna posiada obwódke w postaci przypominajacej kolo zebate, datownik, szklo szafirowe (Fig.1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna tarcza oraz czarnym kolorem dwóch obwódek malych tarcz (Fig.2).2 Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna bransoleta i koperta, czarna tarcza oraz czarnym kolorem dwóch obwódek malych tarcz (Fig. 3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: charakterystyczna koperta i bransoleta stalowa, luneta czarna z wycieciami obrotowa ze skala minut, tarcza okragla ze wskaznikami: na zewnetrznym pierscieniu w formie kresek, na wewnetrznym pierscieniu w formie dwunastu czworokatów w miejscu odpowiadajacym godzinom, wskazówki stalowe, Chronograf: trzy male okragle czarne tarcze z obwódkami, z których jedna posiada obwódke w postaci przypominajacej kolo zebate, datownik.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a watch. The industrial design and its variations are shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 shows the first version of the watch, and Fig. 3 shows the second version of the watch. The design is characterized by the unique shape of a men's watch, featuring a quartz movement, a steel case and bracelet, a black bezel with cutouts, a rotating minute scale, a round steel dial with indicators: on the outer ring in the form of lines, on the inner ring in the form of twelve squares at the hour markers, steel hands, and a chronograph: three small round black dials with steel rims, one of which has a rim resembling a gear, a date display, and a sapphire crystal (Fig. 1). The design according to variant 1 is characterized by a watch with a black dial and black rims on two small dials (Fig. 2).2 The design according to variant 2 is characterized by a watch with a black bracelet and case, a black dial, and black rims on two small dials (Fig. 3).
