Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka meskiego, posiadajacego mechanizm kwarcowy, koperte stalowa, lunete stalowa z wycieciami i elementami dekoracyjnymi (trzema czarnymi kwadratami na godzinie 3, 6 i 9, czerwonym trójkatem - grotem strzalki na godzinie 12), czarno- biala (stalowa) tarcze okragla, ze wskaznikami na zewnetrznym pierscieniu w formie kresek i cyfr arabskich (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), czerwona wskazówke sekundowa, pozostale wskazówki stalowe, chronograf, trzy male okragle tarcze, z których: jedna mniejsza o szarej obwódce i czerwonej wskazówce, druga wieksza o stalowej obwódce, trzecia wieksza o stalowej obwódce ze wskaznikami i czerwonym wewnetrznym pierscieniem indeksów, datownik z czerwonym trójkatem - grotem strzalki wskazujacej, szklo szafirowe, miekka stalowa bransolete (Fig. 1).2 Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z stalowo- szara tarcza (Fig.2). Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna koperta czarna koronka, czarnym trójkatem - grotem strzalki na godzinie 12, czarno-stalowa bransoleta. (Fig. 3) Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: charakterystyczna koperta, luneta stalowa z wycieciami i elementami dekoracyjnymi (trzema kwadratami na godzinie 3, 6 i 9, trójkatem - grotem strzalki na godzinie 12), tarcza okragla ze wskaznikami na zewnetrznym pierscieniu w formie kresek i cyfr arabskich (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), czerwona wskazówka sekundowa, pozostale wskazówki stalowe, chronograf, trzy male okragle tarcze, z których jedna jest mniejsza o szarej obwódce i czerwonej wskazówce, druga - wieksza o stalowej obwódce, trzecia - wieksza o stalowej obwódce ze wskaznikami i czerwonym wewnetrznym pierscieniem indeksów, datownik z czerwonym trójkatem - grotem strzalki wskazujacej.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a watch. The industrial design and its variations are shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 shows the first version of the watch, and Fig. 3 shows the second version of the watch. The model is characterized by the individual shape of a men's watch, with a quartz movement, a steel case, a steel bezel with cutouts and decorative elements (three black squares at 3, 6 and 9 o'clock, a red triangle - an arrowhead at 12 o'clock), a black and white (steel) round dial, with indicators on the outer ring in the form of lines and Arabic numerals (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), a red seconds hand, the remaining hands are steel, a chronograph, three small round dials, of which: one smaller with a grey rim and a red hand, the second larger with a steel rim, the third larger with a steel rim with indicators and a red inner ring of indexes, a date aperture with a red triangle - pointing arrowhead, sapphire glass, soft steel bracelet (Fig. 1).2 Design according to variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a steel-gray dial (Fig. 2). Design according to variant 2 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black case, black crown, black triangle - arrowhead at 12 o'clock, black steel bracelet.
