Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka meskiego, posiadajacego koperte stalowa w kolorze czarnym, mechanizm kwarcowy, chronograf w postaci malych stylizowanych tarcz, datownik, tarcze czarno-biala ze wskaznikami: na zewnetrznym obwodzie - w formie kresek oraz cyfr arabskich (05, 10 ,15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60) a przy nich stalowych kropek, na wewnetrznym obwodzie tarczy - w formie stalowych prostokatów badz scietych prostokatów oraz duzej cyfry arabskiej 12 na odpowiadajacej jej godzinie, wskazówki czerwone, koronke oraz przyciski sterujace czarne, szklo szafirowe, pasek kauczukowy (Fig.1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna tarcza (Fig.2).2 Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka ze stalowymi: luneta, wskazówkami, koronka i przyciskami sterujacymi (Fig. 3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: koperta stalowa w kolorze czarnym, chronograf (w postaci malych stylizowanych tarcz), datownik, tarcza ze wskaznikami: na zewnetrznym obwodzie - w formie kresek oraz cyfr arabskich (05, 10 ,15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60) a przy nich stalowych kropek, na wewnetrznym obwodzie tarczy - w formie stalowych prostokatów badz scietych prostokatów oraz duzej cyfry arabskiej 12 na odpowiadajacej jej godzinie, koronka oraz przyciski sterujace.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a watch. The industrial design and its variations are shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 shows the first version of the watch, and Fig. 3 shows the second version of the watch. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a men's watch, with a black steel case, a quartz movement, a chronograph in the form of small stylized dials, a date display, a black and white dial with indicators: on the outer circumference - in the form of lines and Arabic numerals (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60) with steel dots next to them, on the inner circumference of the dial - in the form of steel rectangles or truncated rectangles and a large Arabic numeral 12 at the corresponding hour, red hands, a black crown and control buttons, sapphire glass, a rubber strap (Fig. 1). The design according to variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black dial (Fig. 2).2 The design according to variant 2 is characterized by the form of a watch with a steel bezel, hands, crown and control buttons (Fig. 3). Essential features of the industrial design: black steel case, chronograph (in the form of small stylized dials), date display, dial with indicators: on the outer circumference - in the form of lines and Arabic numerals (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60) with steel dots next to them, on the inner circumference of the dial - in the form of steel rectangles or truncated rectangles and a large Arabic numeral 12 at the corresponding hour, crown and control pushers.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL
