Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka meskiego, posiadajacego mechanizm kwarcowy, koperte stalowa lunete stalowa z czarna skala tachymetru oraz napisem „tachymeter" , czarna tarcze okragla, ze wskaznikami w formie stalowych kresek i czworokatów, czerwona wskazówke sekundowa, czerwona wskazówke w formie trójkata na jednej z malych tarcz, pozostale wskazówki stalowe, Chronograf, dwie male tarcze okragle z obwódkami, jedna okragla tarcza ze wskaznikami stalowymi oraz w przedziale pomiedzy godz. 1 2 - 4 posiadajaca na obwodzie czerwony luk, datownik, szklo szafirowe, miekka stalowa bransolete (Fig.1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka ze stalowo- czarna tarcza i czarna luneta ze stalowa skala tachymetru oraz napisem „tachymeter" (Fig.2).2 Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna koperta, bransoleta, tarcza oraz luneta ze stalowa skala tachymetru oraz napisem „tachymeter" (Fig. 3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: charakterystyczna koperta, luneta ze skala tachymetru oraz napisem „tachymeter", tarcza okragla ze wskaznikami w formie stalowych kresek i czworokatów, czerwona wskazówka sekundowa, czerwona wskazówka w formie trójkata na jednej z malych tarcz, pozostale wskazówki stalowe, Chronograf, dwie male tarcze okragle z obwódkami, jedna okragla tarcza ze wskaznikami stalowymi oraz w przedziale pomiedzy godz. 12 - 4 posiadajaca na obwodzie czerwony luk, datownik.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLWatch The subject of the industrial design is a watch. The industrial design and variations of the design are shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 - 3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 - a view of the watch in the first variation, and Fig. 3 - a view of the watch in the second variation. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a men's watch, having a quartz movement, a steel case, a steel bezel with a black tachymeter scale and the inscription "tachymeter", a black round dial with indicators in the form of steel lines and quadrangles, a red seconds hand, a red hand in the form of a triangle on one of the small dials, the remaining hands in steel, a chronograph, two small round dials with rims, one round dial with steel indicators, and in the range between 1 2 - 4 having a red arc on the circumference, date display, sapphire glass, soft steel bracelet (Fig. 1). The design according to variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a steel and black dial and a black bezel with a steel tachymeter scale and the inscription "tachymeter" (Fig. 2).2 The design according to variant 2 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black case, bracelet, dial and bezel with a steel tachymeter scale and the inscription "tachymeter" (Fig. 3).
