Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka damskiego, posiadajacego koperte i bransolete stalowa, koperte okragla, wskazówkowy mechanizm kwarcowy, tarcze stalowa ze wskaznikami w formie kresek (indeksy) odpowiadajacymi godzinom, wskazówki w kolorze stalowym, charakterystyczna pólsztywna bransolete, szklo mineralne (Fig. 1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna tarcza (Fig.2). Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z koperta i bransoleta stalowa w kolorze zlota, wskaznikami (indeksami) oraz wskazówkami w kolorze zlota (Fig.3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt zegarka damskiego, charakterystyczna koperta i bransoleta stalowa, koperta okragla, tarcza ze wskaznikami w formie kresek (indeksy) odpowiadajacymi godzinom, charakterystyczna pólsztywna bransoleta.2 Fig. 13 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a watch. The industrial design and design variations are shown in the attached illustrations Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 - a view of the first variation of the watch, and Fig. 3 - a view of the second variation of the watch. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a women's watch, having a steel case and bracelet, a round case, a pointer quartz movement, a steel dial with line indicators (indices) corresponding to the hours, steel-colored hands, a distinctive semi-rigid bracelet, and mineral glass (Fig. 1). Design according to variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black dial (Fig. 2). Design according to variant 2 is characterized by the form of a watch with a gold-colored steel case and bracelet, gold-colored indicators (indices) and hands (Fig. 3).
