Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 -2, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka damskiego, posiadajacego koperte i bransolete stalowa w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, koperte wysadzana pojedynczymi rzedami cyrkonii wzdluz dluzszych boków oraz przy polaczeniach z bransoleta cyrkoniami ukladajacymi sie w element laczacy o ksztalcie zblizonym do strzalki, tarcze czarna z dwoma wskaznikami odpowiadajacymi godzinom 6 i 12 w formie cyfr rzymskich VI i XII, przy czym cyfra VI jest odwrócona, bransolete pólsztywna stalowa, wysadzana przy kopercie cyrkoniami tworzacymi skosne pasmo, wskazówki stalowe, mechanizm kwarcowy, szklo mineralne (Fig. 1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z szampanska tarcza koperta wskaznikami, wskazówkami, bransoleta w kolorze zlota (Fig.2). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt zegarka damskiego, charakterystyczna koperta wysadzana pojedynczymi rzedami cyrkonii wzdluz dluzszych boków oraz przy polaczeniach z bransoleta cyrkoniami ukladajacymi2 sie w element laczacy o ksztalcie zblizonym do strzalki, tarcza czarna z dwoma wskaznikami odpowiadajacymi godzinom 6 i 12 w formie cyfr rzymskich VI i XII, przy czym cyfra VI jest odwrócona, bransoleta pólsztywna stalowa, wysadzana przy kopercie cyrkoniami tworzacymi skosne pasmo.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a watch. The industrial design and variations of the design are shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1-2, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, and Fig. 2 shows the first variation of the watch. The design is characterized by the unique shape of a women's watch, featuring a steel case and bracelet in a roughly rectangular shape, the case set with single rows of cubic zirconia along the longer sides and, at the joints with the bracelet, cubic zirconias forming a connecting element in a shape similar to an arrow, a black dial with two indicators corresponding to 6 and 12 o'clock in the form of the Roman numerals VI and XII, with the numeral VI being inverted, a semi-rigid steel bracelet set with cubic zirconias forming a diagonal band near the case, steel hands, a quartz movement, and mineral glass (Fig. 1). The design of variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a champagne dial, case, indices, hands, and a gold-colored bracelet (Fig. 2). Essential features of the industrial design include: the shape of a women's watch, a distinctive case set with single rows of cubic zirconia along the longer sides and, at the joints with the bracelet, cubic zirconias forming a connecting element in the shape of an arrow, a black dial with two indices corresponding to the 6 and 12 o'clock positions in the form of Roman numerals VI and XII, with the number VI being inverted, and a semi-rigid steel bracelet set with cubic zirconias forming a diagonal band at the case.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
