Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-2, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka damskiego, posiadajacego koperte i bransolete stalowa, mechanizm kwarcowy, tarcze stalowa o ksztalcie prostokata z jedenastoma wskaznikami w formie róznej dlugosci kresek (indeksy) odpowiadajacymi godzinom, przy czym wskaznik godziny 9 jest najdluzszy, wskazówki w kolorze stalowym, charakterystyczna miekka stalowa szeroka bransolete wysadzana cyrkoniami po trzy elementy w rzedzie, kazdy element o ksztalcie prostokata, dwa mniejsze elementy tworzy grupa 8 cyrkonu, jeden srodkowy wiekszy - grupa 32 cyrkonii, szklo mineralne (Fig. 1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z tarcza, wskazówkami, koperta, bransoleta i koronka w kolorze zlotym (Fig.2). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt zegarka damskiego, charakterystyczna koperta i bransoleta stalowa, tarcza o ksztalcie prostokata z jedenastoma wskaznikami w formie róznej dlugosci kresek (indeksy) odpowiadajacymi godzinom, przy czym wskaznik godziny 9 jest najdluzszy, charakterystyczna miekka szeroka bransoleta wysadzana cyrkoniami po trzy elementy w rzedzie, kazdy element o ksztalcie prostokata, dwa mniejsze elementy tworzy grupa 8 cyrkonii, jeden srodkowy wiekszy - grupa 32 cyrkonii.2 Fig. 13 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a watch. The industrial design and variations of the design are shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1-2, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, and Fig. 2 shows the first variation of the watch. The design is characterized by the unique shape of a women's watch, featuring a steel case and bracelet, a quartz movement, a rectangular steel dial with eleven hour markers (indices) of varying lengths, with the 9 o'clock indicator being the longest, steel-colored hands, a distinctive soft steel bracelet set with three cubic zirconia elements in a row, each rectangular element. Two smaller elements are made of a group of 8 cubic zirconia, and the central, larger element is made of a group of 32 cubic zirconia, and a mineral glass (Fig. 1). The design of variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a gold-colored dial, hands, case, bracelet, and crown (Fig. 2).
