Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-2, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka damskiego, posiadajacego koperte stalowa, lunete zdobiona elementami z cyrkoniami, wskazówkowy mechanizm kwarcowy, sekundnik, wskazniki okragle tej samej wielkosci: 24-godzinny, kalendarz wskazujacy date oraz wskaznik dnia tygodnia, okragla tarcze pokryta czarna masa perlowa wysadzana cyrkoniami na godzinach 1-8 oraz 10-12, szklo mineralne, czarny kauczukowy pasek (Fig. 1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z koperta, wskazówkami, obwódka wskazników, koronka w kolorze rózowego zlota, tarcza pokryta biala masa perlowa (Fig.2). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt zegarka damskiego, charakterystyczna koperta, luneta zdobiona elementami z cyrkoniami, okragle wskazniki: wskaznik 24-godzinny, kalendarz wskazujacy date oraz wskaznik dnia tygodnia, tarcza okragla pokryta masa perlowa i wysadzana cyrkoniami na godzinach 1-8 oraz 10-12.2 Fig. 13 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is a watch. The industrial design and variations of the design are shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1-2, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, and Fig. 2 shows the first variation of the watch. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a women's watch, featuring a steel case, a bezel decorated with cubic zirconia elements, a pointer quartz movement, a seconds hand, circular indices of the same size: 24-hour, a calendar indicating the date and a day of the week indicator, a circular dial covered with black mother-of-pearl set with cubic zirconia at the 1-8 and 10-12 o'clock positions, mineral glass, and a black rubber strap (Fig. 1). The design according to variation 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a case, hands, indices border, a rose gold-colored crown, and a dial covered with white mother-of-pearl (Fig. 2).
