Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-4, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej, na Fig. 4 - widok zegarka w odmianie trzeciej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka meskiego, posiadajacego koperte stalowa prostokatna, mechanizm kwarcowy, tarcze stalowa ze stalowymi wskaznikami w formie czworokatów oraz wzorem centralnie schodzacych sie promieni, datownik na godzinie 6, wskazówki stalowe, szklo szafirowe, stalowa miekka bransoleta (Fig.1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna tarcza (Fig.2). Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka w wersji dla kobiet, wezsza koperta i bransoleta, bez datownika (Fig. 3). Wzór wedlug odmiany 3 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna tarcza w wersji dla kobiet, wezsza koperta i bransoleta bez datownika (Fig.4).2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: charakterystyczna koperta stalowa prostokatna, tarcza ze stalowymi wskaznikami w formie czworokatów oraz wzorem centralnie schodzacych sie promieni, wskazówki stalowe, stalowa miekka bransoleta.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a watch. The industrial design and design variations are shown in the attached illustrations Figs. 1-4, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 shows the first version of the watch, Fig. 3 shows the second version of the watch, and Fig. 4 shows the third version of the watch. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a men's watch, having a rectangular steel case, a quartz movement, a steel dial with steel indices in the form of quadrangles and a centrally converging rays pattern, a date aperture at 6 o'clock, steel hands, sapphire crystal, and a soft steel bracelet (Fig. 1). Design according to variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black dial (Fig. 2). Design according to variant 2 is characterized by the form of a women's watch, a narrower case and bracelet, and no date aperture (Fig. 3).
