Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka meskiego, posiadajacego koperte stalowa na czarnej lunecie stalowa skale minut, mechanizm kwarcowy, chronograf w postaci malych stylizowanych tarcz, dwie tarcze posiadaja wskazówki zielone, datownik, tarcze stalowa z zewnetrznym obwodem w kolorze czarnym i stalowym na odcinku od godziny 12 do 3, wskazniki: na wewnetrznym obwodzie w postaci kresek i czworokatów, na zewnetrznym obwodzie - w postaci kresek i cyfr arabskich na odpowiadajacych im godzinach, wskazówki godzinowa i minutowa stalowe oraz sekundowa zielona, szklo szafirowe, miekka stalowa bransoleta (Fig.1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna tarcza, zielonym fragmentem zewnetrznego obwodu tarczy na odcinku od godziny 12 do 3 (Fig.2).2 Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z tarcza czarno-pomaranczowa, stalowymi wskazówkami, stalowa luneta z czarna skala minut (Fig. 3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: koperta stalowa, na lunecie - skala minut, Chronograf w postaci malych stylizowanych tarcz, datownik, tarcza z zewnetrznym obwodem w kolorze czarnym oraz jasniejszym fragmentem na odcinku od godziny 12 do 3, wskazniki: na wewnetrznym obwodzie - w postaci kresek i czworokatów, na zewnetrznym - w postaci kresek i cyfr arabskich (1-12) na odpowiadajacych im godzinach, wskazówki godzinowa i minutowa - stalowe.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a watch. The industrial design and variations of the design are shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 shows the first version of the watch, and Fig. 3 shows the second version of the watch. The design is characterized by the unique shape of a men's watch, featuring a steel case with a black bezel, a steel minute scale, a quartz movement, a chronograph with small stylized dials, two dials with green hands, a date display, a steel dial with an outer circumference in black and steel from 12 to 3 o'clock, indices: on the inner circumference in the form of lines and squares, on the outer circumference in the form of lines and Arabic numerals at the corresponding hours, steel hour and minute hands, and a green seconds hand, sapphire glass, and a soft steel bracelet (Fig. 1). The design according to variant 1 is characterized by a watch with a black dial, a green fragment of the outer circumference of the dial from 12 to 3 o'clock (Fig. 2).2 The design according to variant 2 is characterized by a watch with a black and orange dial, steel hands, and a steel bezel with a black minute scale (Fig. 3). Essential features of the industrial design: a steel case, a minute scale on the bezel, a chronograph in the form of small stylized dials, a date aperture, a dial with a black outer circumference and a lighter fragment from 12 to 3 o'clock, indicators: on the inner circumference - in the form of lines and quadrangles, on the outer circumference - in the form of lines and Arabic numerals (1-12) at the corresponding hours, hour and minute hands - steel.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL
