Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-2, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka meskiego, posiadajacego koperte stalowa czarna lunete z czterema ozdobnymi elementami - wkretami, mechanizm kwarcowy, chronograf w postaci malych stylizowanych tarcz - dwóch o czarnej obwódce, datownik, tarcze stalowa ze wskaznikami: na wewnetrznym obwodzie w postaci jedenastu róznej wielkosci czworokatów, na zewnetrznym obwodzie w postaci kresek i cyfr arabskich (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), dwa stalowe nity przy dolnej mniejszej tarczy, czarna wskazówke sekundowa oraz wskazówki na mniejszych tarczach, stalowa wskazówke godzinowa i minutowa, czarna koronke i czarne przyciski sterujace, szklo szafirowe, bransoleta stalowa (Fig.1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna tarcza oraz czerwonymi elementami - wskazówka sekundowa oraz wskazówkami na malych tarczach, paskiem na koronce (Fig.2).2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: charakterystyczna koperta stalowa, czarna luneta z czterema ozdobnymi elementami - wkretami, chronograf w postaci malych stylizowanych tarcz - dwóch o kontrastujacej obwódce, datownik, tarcza ze wskaznikami: na wewnetrznym obwodzie w postaci jedenastu róznej wielkosci czworokatów, na zewnetrznym obwodzie w postaci kresek i cyfr arabskich (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), dwa nity przy dolnej mniejszej tarczy.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 2 Fig. 1 PL PLThe industrial design is for a watch. The industrial design and its variations are shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-2, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, and Fig. 2 shows the first variation of the watch. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a men's watch, having a steel case, a black bezel with four decorative elements - screws, a quartz movement, a chronograph in the form of small stylized dials - two with black rims, a date display, a steel dial with indicators: on the inner circumference in the form of eleven different sized quadrilaterals, on the outer circumference in the form of lines and Arabic numerals (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), two steel rivets at the lower smaller dial, a black seconds hand and hands on the smaller dials, a steel hour and minute hand, a black crown and black control buttons, sapphire glass, a steel bracelet (Fig. 1). The design according to variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black dial and red elements - a second hand and hands on the small dials, a strap on the crown (Fig. 2). 2.
