Sloik na przyprawy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, oryginalna, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac sloika na przyprawy wykonanego z materialów naturalnych i/lub z tworzyw sztucznych, nadana mu przez cechy linii i konturów wytworu oraz ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w trzech odmianach na rysunku, na którym kolejne figury przedstawiaja: odmiana I - fig. 1 - sloik z ornamentem I, w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 2 - przekrój pionowy sloika z fig. 1; odmiana II - fig. 3 - sloik z ornamentem II, w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 4 - przekrój pionowy sloika z fig. 3 odmiana III - fig. 5 - sloik bez ornamentu; fig. 6 - przekrój pionowy sloika z fig. 4. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - Srednica dna obrotowej bryly sloika, zlozonej z pojemnika i szyjki z kolnierzem, stanowi w przyblizeniu polowe wysokosci tej bryly, a srednice przekrojów poprzecznych pojemnika sa rózne, przy czym do wysokosci równej w przyblizeniu 0,25 wysokosci sloika poczawszy od jego dna srednica przekroju poprzecznego maleje do wartosci w przyblizeniu równej srednicy kolnierza szyjki, nastepnie rosnie do wartosci okolo 1,1 srednicy dna pojemnika, osiagajac maksimum na wysokosci okolo 1,6 do 1,7 wysokosci bryly i ponownie maleje do wartosci równej w przyblizeniu srednicy szyjki; - Stosunek wysokosci pojemnika bryly do wysokosci bryly wynosi okolo 0,76; - Na powierzchni bocznej pojemnika, w jego dolnej czesci i górnej czesci, znajduje sie ornament w postaci pionowych linii o róznej dlugosci; cechy charakterystyczne jak pokazano na fig. 1 do 5. The subject of the industrial design is shown in three variants in the drawing, in which the subsequent figures represent: variant I - fig. 1 - jar with ornament I, in perspective view; fig. 2 - vertical cross-section of the jar from fig. 1; variant II - fig. 3 - jar with ornament II, in perspective view; fig. 4 - vertical cross-section of the jar from fig. 3 variant III - fig. 5 - jar without ornament; Fig. 6 - vertical section of the jar from Fig. 4. Essential features of the industrial design: - The diameter of the bottom of the rotating body of the jar, composed of a container and a neck with a collar, is approximately half the height of this body, and the diameters of the cross-sections of the container are different, whereby up to a height equal to approximately 0.25 of the height of the jar, starting from its bottom, the cross-section diameter decreases to a value approximately equal to the diameter of the neck collar, then increases to a value of approximately 1.1 times the diameter of the container bottom, reaching a maximum at a height of approximately 1.6 to 1.7 times the height of the body and decreases again to a value approximately equal to the diameter of the neck; - The ratio of the height of the container body to the height of the body is approximately 0.76; - On the side surface of the container, in its lower part and upper part, there is an ornament in the form of vertical lines of different lengths; characteristic features as shown in Figs. 1 to 5. Variation I The lines of the ornament placed in the lower part of the container are not connected to the lines in the upper part; characteristic features as shown in Figs. 1 and 2.2 Variation II Some lines of the ornament placed in the lower part of the container are connected to the lines in the upper part; characteristic features as shown in Figs. 3 and 4.
