Poducha siedzenia jest tak ulozona wzgledem boków mebla, ze jej dolna krawedz jest opuszczona w dól ponizej dolnych krawedzi boków mebla, zas przednia krawedz poduchy siedzenia wystaje w przód mebla, poza pionowe krawedzie boków mebla, jak pokazano na fig.2. Na podusze siedzenia, pomiedzy wewnetrznymi krawedziami tapicerowanych boków mebla, jest ulozone oparcie pleców w postaci tapicerowanej poduchy, która klinowo pocienia sie w góre oparcia mebla. The industrial design is for a lounge furniture set consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa. The industrial design is shown in illustrations 1 and 2. Fig. 1 shows a front-side view of the furniture set consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa, while Fig. 2 shows a side view of the furniture, identical for each piece of furniture in the set, showing a decorative tubular frame connected to the side of the furniture and the position of the seat cushion relative to the side. A significant feature of the industrial design is the appearance and shape of the furniture. The furniture pieces included in the set have upholstered sides, which in the side view form a rectangle with the longer side horizontal. Each side of the furniture has an externally attached frame of shiny metal tubing. This frame has a horizontal crossbar running parallel along the top edge of each side of the furniture and two vertical legs connected by a sharp, seamless transition to the ends of this crossbar. The legs run along the vertical edges of each side of the furniture and extend further towards the floor on which the furniture rests. Between the inner edges of the sides of the furniture is a seat cushion, shaped like a thick, lying cuboid. This seat cushion has one crosswise stitching on the two-seater sofa and two on the three-seater sofa. The seat cushion is positioned relative to the furniture sides so that its lower edge hangs down below the lower edges of the furniture sides, while the front edge of the seat cushion extends toward the front of the furniture, beyond the vertical edges of the furniture sides, as shown in Fig. 2. An upholstered backrest cushion is placed on the seat cushion between the inner edges of the upholstered furniture sides, which thins out in a wedge-like fashion toward the top of the backrest. The backrest cushion on sofas has crosswise stitching that extends the stitching on the sofa seat. This means that on a two-seater sofa, it is one stitch, while on a two-seater sofa, it is two stitches. Essential Features of the Industrial Design 1. A lounge furniture set consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa has upholstered sides on each piece, which, when viewed from the side, form a rectangle with the longer side horizontal. Each side of the furniture has a frame of shiny metal tubing attached to the outside. This frame has a horizontal crossbar running parallel along the top edge of each side of the furniture and two vertical legs connected by a sharp, non-radius transition to the ends of the crossbar. The legs run along the vertical edges of the furniture sides and extend further towards the surface on which the furniture stands, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. A seat cushion in the shape of a thick, lying cuboid is placed between the inner edges of the sides of each piece of furniture in the set, the seat cushion in the two-seater sofa having one, and in the three-seater sofa having two, transverse stitching on the seat surface, as shown in Fig. 1. The seat cushion is so placed relative to the sides of the furniture that its lower edge extends down below the lower edges of the sides of the furniture, and the front edge of the seat cushion extends towards the front of the furniture, beyond the vertical edges of the sides of the furniture, as shown in Fig. 2. 2. On the seat cushion of each piece of furniture in the set, between the inner edges of the upholstered sides of the furniture, is placed a backrest in the form of an upholstered cushion which thins out in a wedge-like manner towards the top of the backrest of the furniture.
