Description

W mysl niniejszego wy¬ nalazku do budowy stropu stosuje sie wy¬ drazone dzwigary z lupku azbestowo-ce- mentowego (lupek eternitOwy), to znaczy, z materjalu bedacego mieszanina azbestu i cementu. Dzwigary te spoczywaja na obu scia¬ nach bocznych i ulozone obok siebie two¬ rza odrazu szalowanie do betonu. PLCeilings are known, made of ready-made hollow reinforced concrete beams placed next to each other and extending beyond the light of the space to be covered. These ceilings are relatively heavy and have the disadvantage that the exposed concrete beams are easily damaged during transport and erection on the construction site, and outside it is difficult to lay them in the ceiling due to the great weight of the beams. Ceiling construction without the above-mentioned disadvantages, but having some advantages, such as speed of construction and immediate use, because these ceilings are built without boarding, there is no need to plaster them from below, as their surface is equal. For the purposes of the present invention, expressed girders of asbestos cement slate (asbestos cement slate), ie a material consisting of a mixture of asbestos and cement, are used to construct the floor. The use of hollow blocks made of asbestos slate in the construction of ceilings is known, but the blocks are relatively short and must be supported at the contact points during concrete application, and in the finished ceiling they rest partly on concrete ribs. long girders of asbestos slate are dimensioned such that the girders can bear the entire weight of the ceiling without temporarily propping them up during construction. The girders rest on both side walls and, when placed side by side, immediately form the concrete formwork. of the normal span of the ceiling, it is not necessary to strengthen it with iron rods, because the asbestos-cement slate itself has sufficient tear strength so that it can withstand the tensile stress penetrating the ceiling. The protruding girders may have. trough cross-section with rounded edges or other, and the thickness of the walls is small due to the great strength of the material, as a result of which the girders are relatively light, and the same costs of their transport are much lower than the costs of transporting concrete girders. The girders also prevent their damage during transport and during construction. The figure shows an example of the execution of a ceiling in accordance with the present invention, the letter a denotes the hollow asbestos-cement slate girders (asbestos-cement slate), the letter b - the ceiling concrete, and the letter C requires iron for large spans.
