Slój do parafiny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest slój do parafiny, który sluzy do wykonywania lampionu nagrobnego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac sloja przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jego powierzchni zewnetrznej i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek sloja w widoku z przodu, a fig. 1.1 przedstawia fotografie sloja w widoku perspektywicznym czesciowo z przodu i czesciowo z boku. Slój do parafiny pokazany na rysunku fig. 1 i fotografii 1.1 charakteryzuje t sie tym, ze wykonany jest ze szkla bezbarwnego oraz ma ksztalt stozka scietego zwezajacego sie promieniowo do podstawy w ksztalcie walca w dolnej czesci sloja, a ku górze przechodzi promieniowo w stozek sciety odwrócony w srodkowej czesci sloja, który u góry zweza sie w formie czaszy kulistej do szyjki walcowej z pierscieniem pólkolistym. Na splaszczonych powierzchniach z przodu i tylu srodkowe j czesci sloja znajduja sie wglebienia w ksztalcie krzyza z dwoma lukowymi wglebieniami usytuowanymi nad i pod poziomymramieniem krzyza. Po bokach krzyzy znajduja sie trzy lukowe nadlewy zbiezne w kierunku dolnej czesci krzyza. Z przodu i tylu sloj a na czaszy kulistej znajduja sie po trzy lukowe nadlewy zbiezne po bokach szyjki walcowej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na rysunku fig. 1 i fotografii fig. 1.1 stanowi to, ze: - slój wykonany ze szkla bezbarwnego ma ksztalt stozka scietego zwezajacego sie promieniowo do podstawy w ksztalcie walca w dolnej czesci sloja, a ku górze przechodzi promieniowo w stozek sciety odwrócony w srodkowej czesci sloja, który u góry zweza sie promieniowo do szyjki walcowej, - na splaszczonych powierzchniach z przodu i tylu srodkowe j czesci sloja znajduja sie wglebienia w ksztalcie krzyza z dwoma lukowymi wglebieniami usytuowanymi nad i pod poziomym ramieniem krzyza, a po bokach krzyzy znajduja sie trzy lukowe nadlewy zbiezne w kierunku dolnej czesci krzyza. - z przodu i tylu sloj a na czaszy kulistej znajduja sie po trzy lukowe nadlewy zbiezne po bokach szyjki walcowej.FIG.1FIG.1.1 PL PLParaffin Jar. The industrial design is for a paraffin jar used to make a grave lantern. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the jar, manifested in the shape of its outer surface and the arrangement of lines. The industrial design is depicted in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the jar from a front view, and Fig. 1.1 shows a photograph of the jar in a perspective view, partially from the front and partially from the side. The paraffin jar shown in Figure 1 and Photo 1.1 is characterized by being made of colorless glass and having the shape of a truncated cone, tapering radially to a cylindrical base in the lower part of the jar. This tapers radially to an inverted truncated cone in the middle part of the jar, which tapers at the top into a spherical bowl to a cylindrical neck with a semicircular ring. The flattened surfaces at the front and back of the middle part of the jar feature cross-shaped recesses with two arc-shaped recesses located above and below the horizontal arm of the cross. On the sides of the crosses are three arc-shaped risers tapering towards the lower part of the cross. On the front and back of the grain, and on the spherical bowl there are three arched risers converging on the sides of the cylindrical neck. The essential features of the industrial design shown in Figure 1 and Photograph 1.1 are that: - the jar made of colourless glass has the shape of a truncated cone tapering radially to a cylindrical base in the lower part of the jar, and upwards it changes radially into an inverted truncated cone in the central part of the jar, which at the top tapers radially to a cylindrical neck, - on the flattened surfaces at the front and back of the central part of the jar there are cross-shaped recesses with two arc-shaped recesses situated above and below the horizontal arm of the cross, and on the sides of the crosses there are three arc-shaped lugs tapering towards the lower part of the cross. - there is a grain on the front and back and on the spherical bowl there are three arc-shaped risers converging on the sides of the cylindrical neck.FIG.1FIG.1.1 PL PL
