Slój do parafiny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest slój do parafiny, który sluzy do wykonywania lampionu nagrobnego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac sloja przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jego powierzchni zewnetrznej i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek sloja w widoku z przodu, a fig. 1.1 przedstawia fotografie sloja w widoku perspektywicznym. Na lekko wypuklych powierzchniach bocznych z prawej i lewej strony sloja znajduja sie nadlewy wksztalcie rombu, które w srodkowej czesci maja faliste wypuklosci z wygieciem lukowym w prawa strone. U góry nad nadlewami w ksztalcie rombu sa dwa poziome rowki, zas ponizej pod tymi nadlewami sa pojedyncze poziome rowki. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the jar, manifested in the shape of its outer surface and the arrangement of lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the jar from a front view, and Fig. 1.1 shows a photograph of the jar in a perspective view. The paraffin jar shown in Fig. 1 and Photograph 1 • 1 is characterized by being made of colorless glass and having the shape of a truncated pyramid with a cylindrical base closed at the bottom and a cylindrical neck open at the top. The slightly concave surfaces at the front and back of the jar feature wavy recesses that taper upward and have the outline of a candle flame, bordered on the sides by vertical grooves of varying lengths. The slightly convex lateral surfaces on the right and left sides of the jar feature diamond-shaped ridges, which in the center have wavy ridges that arc to the right. Above the diamond-shaped ridges are two horizontal grooves, while below and below these ridges are single horizontal grooves. The essential features of the industrial design shown in the drawing fig.1 and photograph fig.1.1 are that: - the jar made of colourless glass has the shape of a truncated pyramid with a cylindrical base closed at the bottom and a cylindrical neck open at the top, - on the slightly concave surfaces at the front and back of the jar there are wavy notches, narrowing upwards and having the outline of a candle flame, which are limited on the sides by vertical grooves of different lengths, - on the slightly convex side surfaces on the right and left side of the jar there are rhombus-shaped ledges, which in the middle have wavy convexities with an arc bend to the right, and at the top above the rhombus-shaped ledges there are two horizontal grooves, while below below these ledges there are single horizontal grooves grooves.FIG.1FIG.1. 1 PL
