Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration, pattern and ornamentation of the ocular implantation device as shown in the drawings; the ocular implantation device has the general shape of a retractable ballpoint pen with a tapered in plan view rear body portion having an angled end surface, a tapered in plan view front body portion having a depression in the top surface thereof with a narrow slot therein, and a raised generally oval element extending above the depression with a series of curved spaced-apart ridges on the upper surface thereof; the tapered rear body portion merges into a narrow tapered front end portion having a domed front surface; the front body portion has raised striated side surfaces thereon and an oval button-like domed element which is situated ahead of and in alignment with the depression in the top surface thereof; the first variant has a pair of opposed semi-oblong raised elements on the sides of the rear end of the narrow tapered front end portion; the second variant has an irregular generally hexagonal shaped element on the upper rear surface of the tapered front end portion with a series of identical aligned small rectangular areas thereon.Diagrams of the design are included.Figure 1 is a left front perspective view from above of the design of a first variant of an ocular implantation device;Figure 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;Figure 3 is a top plan view thereof;Figure 4 is a bottom view thereof;Figure 5 is a front end elevational view thereof;Figure 6 is a rear elevational view thereof;Figure 7 is a left front perspective view from above of a second variant of the ocular implantation device;Figure 8 is a top plan view thereof; andFigure 9 is a left side elevation view thereof, the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof.
