Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przykrywka do dzbanka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przykrywki do dzbanka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na fig. 1.1 przedstawiono pierwsza odmiane przykrywki do dzbanka w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, fig. 1.2 - przykrywke do dzbanka z fig. 1.1 w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 1.3 - przykrywke do dzbanka z fig. 1.1 w rzucie z dolu, fig. 2.1 i fot. 2.1 przedstawia druga odmiane przykrywki do dzbanka w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, fig. 2.2 i fot. 2.2 - przykrywke do dzbanka z fig. 2.1 w rzucie z dolu. Przykrywka do dzbanka ma ksztalt zblizony do plaskiego walca, otwartego od dolu i majacego boczna powierzchnie z wkleslo uksztaltowanym uskokiem i pogrubiona krawedzia dolna.W pierwszej odmianie wzoru na dolnej krawedzi przykrywki sa uksztaltowane wystepy, usytuowane przeciwlegle na jej srednicy. W drugiej odmianie wzoru na dolnej krawedzi przykrywki sa uksztaltowane wystepy, usytuowane w przyblizeniu przeciwlegle na jej srednicy oraz jedno wklesniecie usytuowane w przyblizeniu na srodku pomiedzy wystepami. W obu odmianach wzoru, korzystnie przykrywka jest szklana. Cechami istotnymi pierwszej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze przykrywka do dzbanka, korzystnie szklana, na swojej dolnej krawedzi ma uksztaltowane wystepy, usytuowane przeciwlegle na jej srednicy, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1.1-1.3. Cechami istotnymi drugiej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze przykrywka do dzbanka, korzystnie szklana, na swojej dolnej krawedzi ma uksztaltowane wystepy usytuowane w przyblizeniu przeciwlegle na jej srednicy oraz ma jedno wklesniecie usytuowane w przyblizeniu na srodku pomiedzy wystepami, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 2.1, 2.2 i na fotografiach, fot. 2.1, 2.2.Fig. 1.1 Fig. 2.1Fig. 1.1 Fig. 1.2 Fig. 1.3Fig. 2.1 Fig. 2.2Fot. 2.1Fot. 2.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a jug lid. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of jug lid, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1.1 shows the first variant of the jug lid in a top perspective view; Fig. 1.2 shows the jug lid from Fig. 1.1 in cross-section; Fig. 1.3 shows the jug lid from Fig. 1.1 in a bottom view; Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.1 show the second variant of the jug lid in a top perspective view; and Fig. 2.2 and Fig. 2.2 show the jug lid from Fig. 2.1 in a bottom view. The jug lid is shaped like a flat cylinder, open at the bottom and having a side surface with a concavely shaped recess and a thickened bottom edge. In the first design variant, the lower edge of the lid features projections positioned diametrically opposite each other. In the second design variant, the lower edge of the lid features projections positioned approximately diametrically opposite each other and a single concavity positioned approximately midway between the projections. In both design variants, the lid is preferably made of glass. The essential features of the first variant of the industrial design are that the jug lid, preferably made of glass, has on its lower edge shaped projections situated oppositely on its diameter, as shown in the attached drawing, figs. 1.1-1.3.
