Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, w widoku ogólnym, w przykladach wykonania fig.1, fig.2 . oraz w przekroju poprzecznym fig.3 i fig.4 Kubek do znicza o pewnej wysokosci w górnej czesci wyposazony w gladka powierzchnie zakonczona wystajacym pierscieniem sluzacym do osadzenia pokrywki , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, jest w ksztalcie walca fig.2 lub graniastoslupa o przekroju prostokata z zaokraglonymi krawedziami fig.l, posiada na przewazajacej czesci powierzchnie w ksztalcie wypuklych linii srubowych o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, zakonczona po obu stronach wcieciami o nieznacznej wysokosci, przechodzacymi w wydatne wypukle pojedyncze pierscienie z których jeden stanowi podstawe kubka a drugi umieszczony jest pod czescia na której osadza sie pokrywke znicza.
