Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac sloja przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jego powierzchni zewnetrznej i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek sloja w widoku z przodu, a fig. 1. 1 przedstawia fotografie sloja w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu. Po przeciwnych stronach powierzchni kulistej znajduja sie dwa uklady rowków i nadlewów falistych, które tworza ornamenty roslinne i paki kwiatowe. Z prawej i lewej strony znajduja sie pólokragle rowki0 róznych szerokosciach, ulozone równoleznikowo na polowie obwodu powierzchni kulistej. W srodkowej czesci szyjki walcowej znajduje sie pierscien pólkulisty. The industrial design is for a paraffin jar used to make a grave lantern. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the jar, manifested in the shape of its outer surface and the arrangement of lines. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the jar from the front, and Fig. 1.1 shows a photograph of the jar in a perspective view from the back. The paraffin jar shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.1 is characterized by being made of colorless glass and having the shape of a sphere truncated at the bottom and top, a base in the shape of a cylinder closed at the bottom, and a cylindrical neck open at the top. On opposite sides of the spherical surface are two sets of grooves and wavy ridges, which create plant ornaments and flower buds. On the right and left sides are semicircular grooves of varying widths, arranged latitudinally along half the circumference of the spherical surface. In the central part of the cylindrical neck is a hemispherical ring.
