Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac opakowania na zywnosc przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. The essence of the design is a new form of food packaging, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. According to the first embodiment variant, the food packaging is a two-part shaped element, the outer part of which, in the form of a cover, has, in a top view, a shape similar to a rectangular disc, the shorter upper side of which is a symmetrically bent arc towards the outside, the shorter lower side is a symmetrically bent arc towards the inside and has a greater radius of curvature than the radius of curvature of the upper arc, and in the axis of symmetry of the packaging, the cover has, in this view, a rectangular symmetrical recess in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners and a symmetrical transverse cutout in the shape of an oval with a centrally located semicircular cutout at the top, lying in the axis of symmetry of the cover, while in a bottom view, the cover has, in the top view, the shape of a bulging ellipse with a centrally located symmetrical transverse cutout in in the shape of an oval with a centrally located semicircular cutout from the top, lying on the axis of symmetry of the cover, and from the bottom in the shape of half the outline of a flattened ellipse, wherein, moreover, in the view from the side of the longer side, the cover has the shape of an asymmetrical plate having, in this view, a shallow recess in the shape similar to the outline of half of an elongated oval, a pointed ending at the top having on one side an edge with a semicircular cutout, and on the other side a two-step arc line with a flattened outline and a sharp ending at the bottom in the shape of an isosceles triangle, while in the view from the side of the shorter side it has the shape of an elongated ellipse with sharp ends. The surface of the enclosure has a predominantly rough surface with gently outlined embossing in the form of parallel lines, located along the longer side of the enclosure and transversely on its bottom. Meanwhile, the inner part of the package, in the form of a substantially cuboid container with a flat peripheral rectangular flange with rounded corners located approximately halfway up its height, has a longitudinal cross-sectional shape similar to the outline of a rectangle with rounded and slightly flattened shorter sides, most of which, in this view, is located in the recess of the outer upper part constituting the enclosure of the package, while in the top view, it has the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners, corresponding in size and shape to the recess located in the enclosure of this package. Furthermore, in the view from the longer side, the cover has the shape of an asymmetrical plate having, in this view, a shallow recess in a shape similar to the outline of half an elongated oval, a pointed tip at the top having on one side an edge with a semicircular cutout, and on the other side a two-step arc line with a flattened outline, and a sharp tip at the bottom in the shape of an isosceles triangle, while in the view from the shorter side it has the shape of an elongated ellipse with sharp ends. All surfaces of the cover are smooth. Whereas the inner part of the package, in the form of a substantially cuboid container with a flat circumferential rectangular flange with rounded corners located approximately halfway up its height, has in a longitudinal cross-section a shape similar to the outline of a rectangle with rounded and slightly flattened shorter sides, most of the outline of which, in this view, is located in the recess of the outer upper part constituting the cover of the package, while in a view from above it has the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners, corresponding in size and shape to the recess located in the cover of this package.
