Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czajnik elektryczny. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac czajnika elektrycznego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia czajnik elektryczny w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i od jednego boku, fig. 2 - czajnik elektryczny w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - czajnik elektryczny w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - czajnik elektryczny w widoku od jednego boku, fig. 5 - czajnik elektryczny w widoku od drugiego boku, fig. 6 - czajnik elektryczny w widoku z góry. Czajnik elektryczny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma korpus z uchem, dziobkiem i pokrywke z uchwytem. Korpus czajnika ma ksztalt górnej polowy beczulki. W poblizu dolnej krawedzi ma na obwodzie rowek oddzielajacy podstawe, a przy górnej krawedzi ma z tylu zaznaczony trójkatny, zwezajacy sie do dolu sektor. Na srodku tego trójkatnego sektora jest dolaczone do korpusu ucho, majace zarys zblizony do trapezowego i owalna powierzchnie i siegajace z tylu do w przyblizeniu 1/3 wysokosci korpusu od podstawy. Na górnej powierzchni ucha, przy górnej krawedzi korpusu, usytuowany prostokatny wlacznik. Pod uchem, na powierzchni bocznej korpusu jest zaznaczony waski pasek siegajacy podstawy. Z przodu, w górnej krawedzi korpusu i w sasiadujacym z nia segmencie powierzchni bocznejjest uksztaltowany dziobek majacy z boku zarys trójkatny, a pod wystajacym dziobkiem jest uksztaltowany zakonczony na dole pólokraglo wystep o niewielkiej wysokosci, a pod nim jest zaznaczony waski pasek siegajacy podstawy, taki sam jak z tylu korpusu. Pokrywka jest wypukla, a na górze ma wglebienie w ksztalcie czaszy kulistej, w którym jest uksztaltowany uchwyt w postaci oblego wycinka powierzchni walcowej ulozonego w kierunku od przodu do tylu. W poblizu dolnej krawedzi pokrywa ma na obwodzie rowek oddzielajacy wokól pokrywy pierscien, a z przodu dolna krawedz ma przedluzenie wchodzace wglab otwartego od góry dziobka. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an electric kettle, manifested in its shape, line layout, and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the electric kettle in a perspective view from the front and one side, Fig. 2 - the electric kettle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the electric kettle in a back view, Fig. 4 - the electric kettle in a side view, Fig. 5 - the electric kettle in a side view, Fig. 6 - the electric kettle in a top view. The electric kettle according to the industrial design has a body with a handle, a spout, and a lid with a handle. The kettle body is shaped like the upper half of a barrel. Near the lower edge, it has a groove separating the base along its circumference, and at the upper edge, it has a marked triangular sector at the back, tapering downward. In the center of this triangular sector, an ear is attached to the body, with a trapezoidal outline and an oval surface, extending from the back to approximately one-third of the body's height from the base. A rectangular switch is located on the upper surface of the ear, at the upper edge of the body. Below the ear, on the lateral surface of the body, is a narrow stripe marked, extending to the base. At the front, on the upper edge of the body and in the adjacent segment of the lateral surface, is a beak shaped with a triangular outline on the side. Below the protruding beak is a semicircular protrusion of low height, ending at the bottom, and below this is a narrow stripe marked, extending to the base, the same as on the back of the body. The lid is convex, and at the top it has a spherical recess in which a handle is shaped as a rounded section of a cylindrical surface, oriented from front to back. Near the lower edge, the lid has a circumferential groove separating the ring around the lid, and at the front, the lower edge has an extension extending into the open spout. The essential features of the kettle are that the kettle body has the shape of the upper half of a barrel and near the lower edge it has a groove on its circumference separating the base, and at the upper edge it has a marked triangular sector at the back, narrowing towards the bottom, in the middle of which a handle is attached to the body, having an outline close to trapezoidal and an oval surface and reaching at the back to approximately 1/3 of the height of the body from the base, wherein on the upper surface of the handle, at the upper edge of the body, a rectangular switch is located, while under the handle, on the side surface of the body, a narrow strip is marked reaching to the base, while at the front of the body, at its upper edge and in the adjacent segment of its side surface, there is a shaped spout having a triangular outline on the side, and under the protruding spout there is a shaped spout ending at the bottom a semicircular protrusion of a small height, and below it there is a narrow strip reaching to the base, the same as on the back of the body, and the kettle lid is convex, and at the top it has a recess in the shape of a spherical cap, in which a handle is shaped in the form of a rounded segment of a cylindrical surface arranged from the front to the back and near the lower edge, the lid has a groove on its circumference separating the ring around the lid, and at the front the lower edge has an extension going into the spout open at the top, as shown in the attached photographs, fig. 1-6.Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 5Fig. 6 PL
