Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dzbanek do filtrowania wody. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac dzbanka do filtrowania wody przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dzbanek do filtrowania wody w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i od boku, fig. 2 - dzbanek do filtrowania wody w widoku od przeciwnego boku i od tylu, fig. 3 - dzbanek do filtrowania wody w widoku od jednego boku, fig. 4 - dzbanek do filtrowania wody w widoku od przeciwleglego boku, fig. 5 - dzbanek do filtrowania wody w widoku z przodu, fig. 6 - dzbanek do filtrowania wody w widoku z tylu, fig. 7 - dzbanek do filtrowania wody w widoku z góry, fig. 8 - dzbanek do filtrowania wody w widoku od dolu.Dzbanek do filtrowania wody ma przezroczysty korpus z uchem i nieprzezroczysta pokrywke, a w srodku ma umieszczona lejowata wkladke z otworami do filtrowania wody. Korpus dzbanka ma ksztalt bryly zblizonej do splaszczonego na bokach walca, z przodu rozszerzajacej sie lekko do góry. Z przodu, w dolnej czesci sciany bocznej korpusu jest uksztaltowane rowkowe wglebienie o trójkatnym przekroju poprzecznym zmniejszajacym sie ku górze, od którego, w górnej czesci sciany przechodzi w wystajacy poza zarys sciany, otwarty od góry dziobek o zwiekszajacym sie ku górze trójkatnym przekroju poprzecznym. Z tylu, w dolnej czesci sciany bocznej jest uksztaltowane podobne trójkatne wglebienie, którego sciany boczne sa przedluzone do góry i sa polaczone z bokami wystajacego w górnej czesci sciany bocznej lukowego ucha. Ucho ma przekrój zblizony do eliptycznego i dochodzi do tylnego konca pokrywki dzbanka. Pokrywka ma ksztalt eliptyczny, ma z przodu, w obrebie dziobka lukowe wyciecie, o od góry ma wglebienie owalne na górze i zakonczone okraglym dnem. Z tylu pokrywka jest lekko podwyzszona i ma plytkowy, zaokraglony wystep skierowany do góry. Istotnymi cechami wzoru jest to, ze korpus dzbanka ma ksztalt bryly zblizonej do splaszczonego na bokach walca, z przodu rozszerzajacej sie lekko do góry i majacej z przodu, w dolnej czesci sciany bocznej rowkowe wglebienie o trójkatnym przekroju poprzecznym zmniejszajacym sie ku górze, od którego, w górnej czesci sciany przechodzi w wystajacy poza zarys sciany, otwarty od góry dziobek o zwiekszajacym sie kugórze trójkatnym przekroju poprzecznym, a z tylu, w dolnej czesci sciany bocznej majacej podobne trójkatne wglebienie, którego sciany boczne sa przedluzone do góry i sa polaczone z bokami wystajacego w górnej czesci sciany bocznej lukowego ucha, przy czym ucho ma przekrój zblizony do eliptycznego i dochodzi do tylnego konca pokrywki dzbanka, natomiast pokrywka ma ksztalt eliptyczny, z przodu, w obrebie dziobka ma lukowe wyciecie, o od góry ma wglebienie owalne na górze i zakonczone okraglym dnem, zas z tylu pokrywka jest lekko podwyzszona i ma plytkowy, zaokraglony wystep skierowany do góry, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1-8.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 5 Fig. 6Fig. 7 Fig. 8 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a water filter jug. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the water filter jug, manifested in its shape, line layout, and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a water filter jug in a perspective view from the front and from the side, Fig. 2 - a water filter jug in a view from the opposite side and from the back, Fig. 3 - a water filter jug in a view from one side, Fig. 4 - a water filter jug in a view from the opposite side, Fig. 5 - a water filter jug in a front view, Fig. 6 - a water filter jug in a back view, Fig. 7 - a water filter jug in a top view, Fig. 8 - a water filter jug in a bottom view. The water filter jug has a transparent body with a handle and an opaque lid, and in the middle it has a funnel-shaped insert with holes for filtering water. The jug's body is shaped like a cylinder, flattened on the sides and slightly widening upward at the front. At the front, in the lower part of the side wall, there is a groove-like recess with a triangular cross-section that decreases upwards. From this recess, in the upper part of the wall, it transitions into a protruding, open-topped spout with a triangular cross-section that increases upwards. At the rear, in the lower part of the side wall, there is a similar triangular recess, the side walls of which extend upwards and are connected to the sides of the arched handle protruding from the upper part of the side wall. The handle has a nearly elliptical cross-section and extends to the rear end of the jug's lid. The lid is elliptical in shape, with an arched cutout at the front, around the spout, and an oval recess at the top, ending in a rounded bottom. The back of the lid is slightly raised and has a flat, rounded protrusion pointing upward. The essential features of the design are that the body of the jug has the shape of a solid close to a cylinder flattened on the sides, slightly widening upwards at the front and having at the front, in the lower part of the side wall, a grooved recess with a triangular cross-section decreasing upwards, from which, in the upper part of the wall, it passes into a protruding spout, open at the top, with a triangular cross-section increasing upwards, beyond the outline of the wall, and at the back, in the lower part of the side wall, having a similar triangular recess, the side walls of which are extended upwards and are connected to the sides of an arched handle protruding in the upper part of the side wall, the handle having a cross-section close to elliptical and reaching the rear end of the jug's lid, while the lid has an elliptical shape, at the front, within the spout, it has arched the cutout, o from the top has an oval recess at the top and ends with a round bottom, while at the back the cover is slightly raised and has a plate-like, rounded protrusion directed upwards, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-8.
